Appalling. Avoid.
Ordered on 13 June 2018. Item not received as of 21 August 2018. Followed the "item not delivered" link in the order confirmation email.
Checked the website again only to see that it has been taken down!
Like other recent customers, I have no item and no means by which to pursue a refund.

Update - I made contact with the parent company, and have now received the item ordered back in June. If you have had similar issues, I would advise contacting Alex at Inkthreadable

Never received the item and no contact from the seller. Absolute waste of money. No way of getting a refund.

Like others here, I too placed an order with Gamer Print, only for nothing to arrive. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, took over a week to ship (apparently) - nothing has arrived. No answer to multiple e-mails, Facebook or Twitter. They have taken £50 of my money and I have nothing to show for it - they don't even reply, because they don't care. Do not give your money to these thieves!!! They will just take it, and you'll never get the products. Absolutely terrible business practice, I will be making it clear to everyone I know not to give these people their custom, and I will also be speaking to my bank about getting my money back from these scam artists.

Same issues as the others here. Order placed on 19 December and still nothing. No response to emails or Facebook message. Ridiculous and unbelievable

Waiting 3 weeks for delivery (still not arrived) but even worse is non existent customer service. I have phoned (answer phone), completed online form, emailed, Facebook messaged and tweeted but nobody replies.

Looking at prior reviews of these crooks they have previous form for this, though allegedly they have "new owners" who are much better. Or maybe not, seen as they have cut and run with my money. I placed an order with them and nearly 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. They have completely ignored all my e-mails to them and I have been forced to raise a PayPal dispute just to try and get my money back. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS LIKE THE PLAGUE! There is no need and no excuse for their dishonest conduct. Do not give them your custom, you will regret it and they will be laughing all the way to the bank with their ill-gotten gains. I only wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering with them. Lesson learned!

UPDATED REVIEW

I had ordered a canvas from Gamer Print in December, 2016. It never arrived. Ashley noticed the negative review and contacted me about a replacement, which arrived in record time! It was so well wrapped that the outside cardboard was soaked but the canvas was completely dry. I ordered it for my daughter and she is delighted.

As the title says, no communication at all and couldn't get a refund because of new management?! Avoid.

I'm not normally one to leave reviews but after seeing the reviews and experinces people had with Gamerprint I thought I would have to leave my own as it was totally the opposite of what people where saying and was absolutley fantastic.

I ordered 2 x t-shirts for my birthday, from my wife and daughter as they didnt know what to get me, on the morning of Friday 27th Feb 2015 and recieved emails confirming the order almost immediately.

By Wednesday 4th March I hadnt had a dispatch email, even though the website does say delivery within 5 - 7 working days, I thought i would drop Gamerprint an email to see if they had been dispatched as my birthday was on Friday 6th March.

I then recieved an email back from Alex on Thursday afternoon apologising for the delay in getting them dispatched and that as it was my birthday they would sent it out for a guranteed delivery of Saturday, at their cost, and would also throw in an A3 poster, 1 of only 100 prints as well, free of charge for the delay.

True to their word the t-shirts and poster turned up on Saturday and they were every bit the quality that I had hoped they would be.

Very pleased and I would recommend them and use them again.

UPDATE (16/03/2015):
Received an email about my original order informing me that GamerPrint was under new management (InkThreadable) & that they were sorry about my past experience with the company. They offered to re-send my order free of charge, along with a free t-shirt of my choice. The items arrived very quickly and were of the highest quality. I'll definitely be shopping with GamerPrint again (very frequently if the quality of my first order is anything to go by). The difference between the old & new management is like night & day!

As with the other reviews in this site, I've found their customer service to be non-existant. Ordered my items 10 days ago & despite it saying 3-5 working days for delivery on the site, they still haven't arrived. I paid the extra £3 for signed-for delivery, but GamerPrint didn't supply a tracking number, and have so far not responded to my numerous emails.

Shame because there were plenty of other products that I would've liked, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I just hope the stuff I've already ordered arrives eventually!

I bought 2 canvas prints and a phone case through GamerPrint and all 3 turned up in perfect condition looking fantastic. The prints are good quality and easy to hang so I'll definitely be adding another to my wall.

The delivery was a little later than first estimated, however that was more down to bank holidays than poor service; I can't complain. They even sent out the phone case separately so I would get it as soon as possible.

UPDATE: 08/12/2015
I spoke with the new management about my bad experience from Gamerprint. And I am really surprised by the feedback they have taken to improve Gamerprint. The new T-shirts feel great and no longer feel like recycled cardboard.
They even replaced my old T-shirt and also gave another second T-shirt of my choice as compensation. Well done guys.

Great designs but has no customer support that exist.

I had an issue with my T-shirt. The ink was badly printed. I tried to email with this fault but no response from them. tried again each week. No response. They will take your money and they dont care what happens with your order. Basically I wasted my money.

This is clearly an automated company with no humans involved in any process apart from the money side. There are better companies out there to with better customer care if things go wrong. Not worth the hassle.

I had a negative experience with Gamerprint at the end of 2013 when I had a problem with my order and could not make any contact with them. However I was recently contacted by them as they have new management and they offered to resend my complete order as well as include a free t shirt of my choice. I emailed back a few days later and got a responsible within a few minutes, and received my package signed for the next day. The definitely seem to have stepped up their game, now would order from again.
