Love the Controller, 10/10 Customer service!

I've had the g7 pro for 3 months and it is honestly the best controller I have used. I had the elite series 2 pro controller that felt cheaply made, I had it for a year before stick drift set in and the bumpers stopped working. I replaced the parts and it still didn't work. Having the G7 pro, game changer for real. The buttons feel and sound amazing. The only downside was when I had was when I need to update the controller itself.

It wouldn't connect via wired connection. I took every step possible to fix it, but it didn't work. I went to the discord and made a support ticket and immediately got someone to help me. Shout out to GameSir Shark for hearing me out and taking the time out of their holiday season to trouble shoot and get a replacement sent out to me! Thank you!

Amazing customer service.

A spring in the trigger of my Super Nova broke. I reported on discord asking how to obtain a replacement spring. And I was immediatly messaged by a customer service rep and they took my info and sent me out a whole new controller! Very fast service even over the holidays.

Absolutely ace customer service

I had a shipping issue arise, they sorted it after some back and forth (and after the insurers denied my claim, shame on them) they gave me a full refund on the first order and even gave me a refund of the difference on the second one, making it so it cost the same. (A sale had ended making it cost more) So thank you to them for putting up with my shit initially and resolving the issue promptly!

Quick and easy

Whole process of getting a replacement for my product took 15 minutes maximum. Super active team helping customers out. Customer service was verry easy to talk to and they handled my problem in minutes.

Support was very helpful

Support was very helpful. I have a G7 Pro and the right trigger stop broke.
I’d only had the controller about two months.
After confirming it broke with me they are sending me a new one! Hopefully it lasts longer 🫡

Great

A great controller, good quality construction, everything feels very sturdy, but after a few weeks I had problems with the USB-C connector in the controller, which stopped working during the game. I contacted the people at Gamesir and within a few hours everything was sorted and they sent a replacement. Simply great.

Purchased a WuChang G7 and within a…

Purchased a WuChang G7 and within a month the right trigger was irratiic and wouldn't register. I tried reaching out through gamesir email but received no response . I used discord than and showed them a video of the issue and required information they asked for and another replacement was sent out . I do wish you could communicate with them via email vs discord which is kind of a learning curve hence the 4 stars but other than that the issue was resolved and I would buy again ..

Awesome support

I bought a controller few months ago, great controller, but unfortunately have a problem with the right joystick, but they've helped me a lot, trying to solve my problem so quick even in Christmas days. So thanks for that, don't doubt to buy them, great team.

I tested pro controllers never found…

I tested pro controllers never found one that worked great or if it did didn't feel comfortable. pre ordered the g7 pro. Waited months to 2 months for the shipment to arrive cause of major orders they had. One of the best if not the best I controller. Hands down best company and on to when had tree incident couldn't afford Xbox even they gave me a code so while down I can still play through Christmas. This company deserves everything and more, shows quality and compassion for their customers

I had a malfunctioning trigger on my g7…

I had a malfunctioning trigger on my g7 pro, I bought back in June 2025, as a pre order. Got it in August and the right trigger started messing up in hair trigger mode in mouse click mode. Anyways, got in touch with them, and they were quick to make sure I get a new controller sent to me right away, without me having to send my old one in first. Just had to verify some things, and once that was done, they sent me a new one. Top Notch customer service, not even a company like Razer gave me

They have GREAT customer service through email, i bought the gamesir g7 controller on amazon and it broke so i emailed them for a refund and well surprise surprise, they actually gave it!! 10/10 customer support.
