I purchased an Adobe subscription through GamsGo and completed the payment, but I am unable to activate it because I never receive the verification code. I have tried multiple times over the past two days, but nothing has worked.
Additionally, when I try to open a support ticket, the chat does not load at all, and I cannot find any clear or functional way to contact support.
There is also no visible or accessible option to cancel the subscription or request a refund, which is very concerning.
At this point, I have paid for a service that I cannot use and have no way to get assistance.

I have been using this platform since before 2020. Recently, the entire experience has changed from excellent to garbage.
If something goes wrong, which it often does nowadays, this site will no longer do anything to fix it.
Certain subscriptions will stop working, customer support will not do anything or offer a refund for the unused amount. It will take a week for them to even respond to your request.
I paid for a YouTube premium subscription for 1 year and it stopped working in 3-4 months, no refund. It took me weeks just to get them to answer my customer service inquiries.
Payments can't be processed properly. "There is a problem with your account , please contact online customer service [#1014]"
Avoid until they have fixed their problems.

Very disappointing experience with GamsGo. The seller promised delivery within 20 minutes, but even after more than 5 hours, nothing was delivered and there was no meaningful response.
I placed the order at 09:30 (UTC+5), which is 04:30 UTC, meaning the expected delivery time was around 04:50 UTC. As of now, the order is significantly overdue. Even GamsGo support confirmed that the estimated delivery time has already been exceeded.
The only response I received was an automated “offline due to timezone” message, but several hours later there was still no update or explanation. At this point, it’s clearly not a timezone issue, just poor communication and unreliable service.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller or the platform if you expect timely delivery or proper support.
