Kk so the order took about 2 weeks to get here even though I paid express, the customer service was weak af. They would barely answer, if they did. BUUUTTTT the product was good. Not moldy or anything, good quality week and dabs. Good prices for good weed if you can put up with the shipping delay and iffy service.
Actually tbh the packaging was great too! They had given us a bunch of freebies and what not which made up for it all tbh.

Terrible service they don’t message you back and ignore everything you ask. It’s Unbelievable the amount of frustration it’s not that hard to email a person back. Never buy from this store no matter how much you bought I got my ounce after 4 long weeks of not knowing where my order was.

Hey! For all the « I got scammed » or « I did not receive my order » : I have no idea. My experience was thats I found this website with really cheap weed. I ordered half a pound and the weed was brutally bad... Bad taste, tingling on the tongue like it was not flushed, didnt get me high, it was garbage. Im still smoking it with 75% good hash and 25% trash weed, which gives me something « smokable ». Their delivery was kinda fast, 2-3 days to reach Montreal City. You can't complain about 2$ a gram at 20% off, which was below 400$ for half a pound... So I ordered 5$ a g strain : still tasted bad. So im done, I wont try the 9$ batch because im scared, but who knows.

Basically, you better pay for good weed somewhere else, but I dont think they are scammers. They prob buy ruined batches from producers and sell them for cheap.

DO NOT waste your time or money here people the extracts are terrible dark sticky poorly packaged and improperly weighed, the weed is sifted or has been used for extracts very little to no thc and it tastes like @ss and it takes weeks to arrive if at all, customer service is non existent they will not answer if you are critical of their products or concerned about the shipping times..... there's several excellent m.o.m sites out there and this is deffinitely one to avoid

Idk what's up with the reviews some people have posted but I have a feeling it's a competitor. Anyway, I ordered back in June, they were having some difficulties with my payments so took a few days later to arrive. Once I got it I was pretty happy, the buzz wasn't super crazy but still very decent and I ordered 3 56$ ounces. They also sent me some freebies or 3 different strains. I sent another payment today for more and these reviews have me paranoid. From my experience I appreciate these guys and love the way they do business. Thanks ganja group I was 100% satisfied with you.

From the slow to be replied (or simply ignored) emails to the crappy product received to the fake reviews and to major security problems on their website leaking personal info, I would avoid at all cost!!!

Every other review here is true (but the 5 star one) ... it's weed that has gone through extraction already, or something close to that, it has no taste or smell left .. only the solvent smell is present.

Smells like when you get your clothes back from dry cleaning ... That solvent whatever it is...

My daughter ordered from this company using my information. She thought I wouldn't notice. I messaged the seller for a refund and after they asked me all of these unnecessary, unrelated questions, they stopped answering. I have yet to hear back or ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! BE WARNED THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Unfortunately I found this site after losing $168. On June 29, 2018 I ordered weed. Two weeks later I received someone else's order of shatter. It appears we had the same order number. The paperwork complete with some guys information, address, phone, email, etc. NOT GOOD! I am strictly a Bud person so I tried to unload the shatter. 4 people tried it. It was so crappy no one wanted it even for free! Also, they have the nerve to charge GST and don't even have a GST number. They said they would send the correct order to me right away. I'm still waiting. They totally ignored my emails after that promise. Scam scam scam. Many have lost money here but you don't have to!!! Always always read as many reviews as you can when shopping online for ganja.

I can't complain about the quality of the product because they still haven't shipped my order. My payment was accepted quickly, and my order is still showing as on hold. It's been 2 weeks now and nothing. I've had orders from 3 different M.O.M services delivered since ordering from these clowns.

Those are the 3 responses they keep giving me on the chat. No one will give me a straight answer.

Takes two weeks to mail your package out and ignore you when you ask questions. They also put their nugs through a sift so you get no crystals

I can`t tell if these guys are a flat out scam or completely incompetent. Probably a bit of both. The product I received look nothing like the picture and I'm hard-pressed to understand all the positive reviews. I can only conclude that many of them are fake or paid for. I would not have paid a cent for the product I received and essentially I am out the money I spent. Their customer service is atrocious, with the tenor and tone of some of the emails I received bordering on rude. Shipping took forever. I have my ACMPR and I can tell you that my license provider, although too expensive, provides a product that is superior to what I received from this group and that is saying something because my LPs product is not typically up to the standards you can find elsewhere in the grey market. If it seems like too good a deal with these guys, well, it is. I would suggest avoiding this dispensary.

I ordered two ounces of northern lights and god's crack and both looked the same and were moldy. Not even worth $10 in my opinion. This place is a scam and not good for the health to consume this terrible moldy weed so please stay away everyone.

I just got my weed from them today. I think this must be joke. I mean, this weed isn't getting me high at all. I bought all their sativa's strains since I need the energy to work during the day.  None of the sativa products I ordinered smell like skunk, coffee, lime or pine. If you know about weed, you know that it should at least smell like one of those previously mentioned or a combination, otherwise it is bad weed. This pot doesn't even smell like pot when you smoke it. It smells like burning dry bushes and the taste is horrible. I can tell that this pot has not been properly grown / cured or something. I've been smoking pot since I was 13 when only sinsemillia was available 1995. This pot doesn't even qualify as marijuana. It is more like a smokable bush with a horrible taste and NO HIGH whatsoever. Don't waste your time and money. You will only receive disappointments. I know the prices on their website look incredible and the pictures are really nice but what's going to be more incredible is to smoke pot that doesn't get you high and it taste like garbage. Trust me. Better go down to the local dispensery and buy one gram of their best weed. If it is good, then pay the $10 per gram. It is better than trying sace money and pay $6 per gram of this disgusting smokable bush. I looked online for the name of the best sativa in the world which was "Amnesia Haze" that's the pot that I bought from them. That's the pot that doesn't get you high and test like garbage. Anyways, I think you get the point. Stay away from this website

It has been five days since my payment on my parcel was accepted. I have received a tracking number today on Monday when they accepted my payment last wenaday. . As this is my first order st this rate I do not think I will be reordering. Your online customer service agents won’t even reply to me. I am very disappointed.

Worst experience/customer service ordering anything online. Been waiting a week for them to ship my order which is unheard of with my experience with other sites. They'll lie to you and have a rude attitude if they ever respond to you. Use high club.
