Ordered many times n always got it with no problems n always comes with extras these guys are awesome only thing is the long wait but well worth it I would definitely recommend

Do not buy from Ganja Group, at least not their 2$ strains. The company should have thrown out their discount weed because it is moldy. I have no idea why the 2$ strains are getting good reviews on the Ganja Group website, I feel as if they must be fake reviews, or these people have no idea they are smoking a moldy product, and for the company to be selling it leads me to believe they are a bunch of crooks. It also took two weeks for me to receive my product, which is a complete joke considering it takes 3-5 days from other company's. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a better product.

Worst delivery time ever. Paid for express shipping thinking I will get my product in 2 days. 10 days later nothing. They only gave me a tracking number that keeps saying the product has not been received by the postal office. This company is very unreliable.

It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order and half of that order was never shipped. It has been 3 weeks of calling and emailing with no response back. These guys will rip you off. They have been doing it to many people. Reporting to various authorities such as BBB and anti fraud. WARNING: do not give these guys your money they will rip you off.

Order Placed July 30th.
Contacted Online support August 5th was assured it will be fulfilled in the next 12 hours.
Electronic info sent to shipper August 6th.
3 Business Days later and Still Nothing.
Neither an update on the tracking or an actual delivery.

Would not confirm e transfer for 24 hours then filled wrong order and wanted payment order was placed August 7 now August and just filled order but wrong one and won't send til I e transfer more money like how yous run a business quit getting high and do your work.

Just another update on how crappy these guys are. Going on 2 weeks waiting time now and all I’ve got is an electronic info submitted by shipper and has been the same since Aug 2nd. Asked for refunds several times and all I get are apologies and that they will look into this. No offer of refund and nothing gets done. These guys are a bush league company. Keep sending more and more promotions but can’t handle the volume of influx. These douch bags even had the nerve to send a product review email for a product they didn’t send. Wouldn’t wast your time with these guys. I understand things happen but waiting a half a month for an order is an absolute joke. Here is an email i got on day 15 after asking several times for a refund and asking why they haven’t sent my order and I got this:

Please be patient, you're not the only person affected by this delays. We are sorting things out, everything is on its place

BEWARE BUYERS. You will get nowhere with these people and your money will be gone.

I emailed them multiple times over the past 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response. Took my money but didn't send correct product so I've been ripped off. They would respond to other emails before regarding orders but now there is an issue they are ignoring me.

DO NOT deal with this company. their processing is ridiculous and mickey mouse! i recently tried to cancel an order and now i am getting completely ignored by the representatives. they are very quick to take your money and i was told that if my order didn't come within a month! they would send out another one!? when i declined that offer and asked to cancel the order and get my refund they stopped contact completely. so basically if you are okay getting ripped off deal with these guys. pay the little extra and go with Cheapweed.ca they are actually the best in Canada hands down!

Ordered 3 weeks ago today.
You get what you pay for, cheap product, cheap damn service. They have been in contact with me but nothing to put my mind at ease just responses saying "please dont tell us we didnt ship because we did" then a few days later an apology saying they will resend my order.
did I mention I didnt get it yet?
3 weeks later and resent once. I do not expect much from ganja group but in reality its poor customer service and poor busniess in general.

they said 24 hours, its been 3 days and my order is still on hold..they never got back me, and on top of that, i sent them 3 emails, not once did they respond to me...very very disappointed..wow they treat new customer like s.h.i.t......................

Ive ordered from ganja group twice now each time took around 10 to 12 days from paying to receiving but it's well worth the wait each time. If u don't like the wait, good luck finding this price anywhere else... the buds are real nice too and you can notice a big difference in between the 2$ grams and 9$ grams. This is honest company, The bad reviews are from impatient people who didn't get their orders quick enough.. like others have said it takes some time but cut them some slack for God sakes!! Or go pay 200 an O elsewhere!

Can take a few days for shipping but that’s on Canada’s post not them. If they have a big sale sometimes they’re a bit backed up. But the customer service (talk to Larry) is awesome. I recommend them big time great product for an awesome price and wicked wicked deals. Just make sure u order in advance

I ordered $100 worth of flower/2g of shatter. I got all of my items except one of the shatters, but they substituted it with some kief and other buds so it is all good. Really good stuff, even the $2 bud is good, but obviously the $7 and $8 a gram stuff is a lot better. Overall really satisfied with them and will order again in the future.
