Didn't receive my product, they won't respond

We love Taylor Ray's channel, and wanted to support him by buying one of his tops as a Christmas gift. At first I didn't receive my product and had to contact them to request them to post it out, as they hadn't done so. Then I received the completely wrong top. Tried to contact them 5 times over the space of 2 months, explaining the problem and asking them to contact me, and they wouldn't respond. To this day I still don't have the item I ordered, and have never heard back from them.
