I received my order quickly and without any issues. Happy with the quality if the items.

Area was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, but we did wait a very long time at the till with other employees standing near. Separate till but not operating it. They were just standing around and didn’t acknowledge us or the other customers waiting in line behind us while they all watched one large cash transaction.

It would have been nice to have had them say sorry about the wait or we will be with your shortly. It was a bit strange, but overall a good experience

The sales associate was super friendly and helpful. Love all the selections of clothing available. I did not like the wait time to get in a dressing room when there were about 4 or 5 rooms open. Additionally, after checking out I was informed that the store was out of bags. Luckily, I had a bag from another store and was able to fit my items into that bag. If i didn’t have that then I would have been walking around the mall with a handful of clothes.

The girls are so nice and sweet and helpful! Love the store and the clothes so much.

I love all the workers. They are all so friendly and helping from the floor and the dressing rooms. I love the slick scoop camis and the shorts. The quality of everything is super comfortable and slick and makes me look hourglass. Favourite store of all time for sure!!!

clothes are nice but it’s the same 5 styles and different shades of colors u already dropped you need to add
more styles like how the old garage was and more variety

There wasn't much help and the store was not busy.

I’m actually really disappointed in the $80 sweatshirt i bought. The inside of the hoodie where the logo is at, has like a plastic covering stitched on and it is so itchy and scratchy. I wear hoodies so I don’t have to wear anything underneath, but i literally can’t wear it without at least a tank top under. for $80 maybe make the quality better and actually wearable.

I love how friendly the staff is and i love the remodel of the store. The clothes is super thick and holds your body perfectly.

I felt there was just a lack of good customer service, the environment just felt a little snobbish. And it’s quite disappointing because the last time I was in a couple months ago the customer service and hospitality was great

After 4 days which is the expected delivery date, I still havent gotten an update on delivery nor does it say the carrier has my package. I think for so much money the shipping time should be more than correct or updates if otherwise.
