Fast shipping and true to size

I bought a tank top in store yesterday and they forgot to remove the security tag. A little upset since I didn’t notice till I got home.

I am a mother of a 16 year old. We went there to look for clothes. I was not allowed in the dressing room with her, even though my daughter wanted me to go in there with her. It's my daughter for crying out loud. Every other store in the mall let me go in the dressing room with her.

I’ve been to a garage in florida and one in wisconsin mayfair mall, and both times everyone was super helpful. I went yesterday in mayfair literally like ten minutes before close, I tried clothes on and bought two items because one of the items I wanted wasn’t available in store and the cashier offered to order online for me with free shipping. Keep doing good and I love the clothes there I just started shopping there a few days ago and i’m addicted.

The clothes are cute, but it would be nice to have more variety that fit school dress codes. I’m not talking super conservative, but female anatomy length shorts, corsets and halter midriffs are missing the mark. Also, would it be asking too much to offer some length variety in jeans? Not every girl is 5’4, some are 6ft tall and don’t want to wear high waters. I end up paying two to three times the cost of your jeans to other retailers that offer cute jeans in tall lengths. PS. A 30 inseam is not a tall length. The added colors were a nice change this year, so good on you for that.

it’s really packed inside things are just kinda sprawled out and hard to find, they didn’t tell me they were charging me for my bag to carry my stuff out and that annoyed me

The best most welcoming staff and the environment is always so cute and well organized. Clothes are always a 10 and i'm always getting the new drops

This store is so uncomfortably hot inside. Everytime we are here it feels like the AC doesn't work. ALL the employees stand around in groups and chat. The small group of 2 or 3 at the fitting rooms, the small group at the register. Not one person asked if we were doing ok or if we needed help finding anything. Then you check out and they say did anyone help you today LOL NOOOOOO BC YOU WERE ALL TOO BUSY STANDING AROUND GOSSIPING!! Customer service here is non existent but I don't come to fashion for this store. I come to fashion for my luxury brands and the luxury shopping experience I receive from those stores. You get what you pay for !

I wasn’t helped or greeted until I was in the checkout line. I understand tasks are important and need to get done but customers should come first in any retail store.

The employees stand around talking blocking merchandise. They dress incredibly unprofessional. One had her butt cheeks hanging out and two had tiny tank tops with no bras on. One was see through. I shouldn't have to see nipples and its very inappropriate for your target market of teens under 18. Looks like a strip club furnished the employees.

The app is VERY slow and glitchy never runs smoothly. Next is the amount of advertisements I get on the app and email. Garage never has actual good discounts or discount codes I can use. Most of the clothing or majority of clothing is just over priced for how basic they are. The store will ask you if you want a bag and then proceed to charge you for a bag after spending over 300 dollars on five article of clothing. The bag SHOULD be FREE. Be so foreal. The website will say sold out but will not give a notify option for restocks. You literally have to check everyday. Garage has a lot of work to do. And if you’re asking for feedback and are being given a feedback, actually take it in consideration.

The environment is always nice and welcoming and friendly. the clothes are very good quality

Got stuff delivered and they didn’t remove the anti-stealing thing they put on the clothes, so know i have to head in store myself to ask them to remove it. Waste of time, if I wanted to head and buy stuff in store, i wouldn’t have used delivery.

The staff is amazing and super sweet and helpful! especially everyone in the fitting room! just wishing we had more size options above small! Thank you :)

So I like everything just an employe was a bit rude and so crowded I couldn’t be able to try on things and I’m an XS and I couldn’t find much of that size
