Spend hundreds of dollars plus have to buy a bag to carry all the clothing I just purchased. No body smiles

I came in looking for one of your simple tanks, but could really only find 3 colors. Maybe you could have, like a wall of basic tank tops so there could be more colors!

The store in general is so pretty, the clothes are such good quality and the workers make the experience so much better being so nice and helping you with whatever you need.

The store was busy, but in spite of that a lot of sales staff were standing around being largely unhelpful. That said some staff were VERY kind and helpful. The changing room policy of 6 items is absurd. We had 7 items, and rather than a staffer saying they would hold the 7th item, we were not given a chance and just had to abandon it. The staffer in charge of fitting rooms was AWFUL. If my daughter didn’t like your brand I would have immediately walked out. Also registers very disorganized. 5 employees behind cashier area and only two computers operated. No idea what the other 3 employees were doing other than standing there.

lady left the magnet thing on the sweatshirt. cant figure out how to get it off so now I got to drive 40 minutes back to the nearest garage.

Very nice people. Very friendly and patient. Especially the people running the dressing room at the Fashion Valley Mall. Absolutely amazing and so helpful.

I love this shirt it’s one of my favorite styles but I did hope it wouldn’t be see through and it is more then i expected but still great quality

I love how such good quality this brand is and I’ll forever love the styles they put out there into the fashion world!! I love how they incorporate a diverse supply of colors that can be used throughout any time of the year. I do wish there was a bright teal color, it SCREAMS summer!

The girls helping you try on clothes were great and super helpful.

Garage apparently has so many customers and makes so much money that when you call because their website won't let you complete an order, they simply tell you someone will email you back.

My daughter's cart has more than $700 worth of back-to-school merchandise in it. The website is extremely glitchy and won't let her check out. When we called, we were told the issue had been escalated to the technical team and would be fixed within 24 to 48 hours. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told a manager would email me back. Apparently managers don't make or take phone calls.

When I pointed out that items could sell out while we waited, I was told they would "hopefully" be restocked if that happened. That's not much of a solution when you're trying to purchase items that are currently available but already show "only a few left." Extremely disappointing customer service.

They just opened at Ala Moana. The clothing quality is great. Price point could be a bit better. My experience with customer service and staff was nice. First time I tried clothing on, staff member was friendly. Second visit, staff worker at dressing room seemed a bit overwhelmed. When purchasing both times, front counter staff was very friendly.

I love the styles and quality of the items that Garage offers. They had exactly what I was looking for. Would just love to be greeted when I entered the store or have sales folks readily available for questions.

They are very nice and helpful there. The clothes are nice. Also they have a great variety in clothes and colors.

Never had any issues shopping at Garage. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. We generally visit the Oshawa location but have been to various other locations too and they have all been super helpful.
The quality of the clothes seems to be good, we’ve had no issues with shrinking or not lasting and the colours that keep dropping are really nice.
Some items are a little expensive and if my daughter keeps shopping there I’m going to go broke…..lol

I love shopping online and in store! Workers are really nice and helpful with anything they don’t have available! Love the new drops! Quality of the clothes are really good very fitting!
