Incredible service!
I ordered a chainsaw for my son's birthday at 11am yesterday and it arrived at 10.30 am today!
Only downside is having to ring up to pay by credit card; it would be nice to be able to complete an order online.

Ordered a Hozelock Fast Reel as best price on the market. Arrived by parcel force next day. Great company to deal with.

Excellent people to deal with, I had a problem with a Hozelock spray gun which they sorted out for me with no problem.

Wow !!! Can't recommend this company enough ! Bought a big lawnmower by credit card and it arrived less than 2 days later by Stephen from parcel force ,How's that for service! Bought it on my credit card before I noticed on their site that it said no credit card payments only pay pal and hubby said well thats your money gone ! Didnt have time to ring them cos here it is .love how they used a designated driver aswell ,so personal and a 1 hour slot and you could reply 1 to 4 if you weren't in to leave it with neighbour or out back etc .love my new bosch 36 550 lawnmower and cheapest price aswell .

On Saturday I ordered a Bosch Verticut 1100 scarifier, it was sent Monday, arrived Tuesday via ParcelForce, all good, good price.

I phoned Garden Fox to order a new lawnmower. My call was dealt with courteously and efficiently. My order was placed on late Friday afternoon and I received the mower by very speedy delivery on Tuesday morning. Very good mower priced very competitively and excellent service. Unbelieveable service, which is not experienced these days. I wasn’t sure if my order had gone through as I had misread payment instructions. Telephoned and told my incomplete order was on system. All my details there, just had to pay. Arrived next morning by 10.30am. Couldn’t ask for more, well done Garden Fox.

My thanks to Gardenfox for an overall fantastic service. I placed an order for a lawn mower / hozelock autoreel and the order arrived as expected in a timely fashion. The reel (sorry) test was when the hozelock autoreel developed a fault and in summary my expectations were greatly exceeded. I sent an email to Gardenfox reporting the fault (which was acknowledged the same day) and a like for like replacement was sent the following day. I must commend superlative customer service and would recommend this company in their approach to faulty goods. As a cynical person who invariably distrusts online purchasing (I would usually go to a retailer where you can physically take back faulty goods) I found the replacement process even easier (thank you Steven) so buy online with confidence with this company.
