Bought the battery powered Bosch 36-750 after many years of satisfaction with my Bosch Rotak 40 apart from the long power cable run. Unfortunately this new machine wasn't as suitable for me with my numerous medical problem even fitting removing the battery ws a hassle, had to turn the machine on its back wheels to get proper install, bag notification didnt work so the bag was full without me knowing apart from the telltale grass droppings behind the mower, its too light on front end as many times I could lift 1 or other wheels off the ground just by movement in handle arms, but saying all these problems, the One major goodie was the help I received from Garden Fox they were great, so hopefully Ive returned the Bosch for credit and ordered another brand mower instead, thanks a million GardenFox you're just great

Had to replace a broken mower, and bought a replacement from Garden Fox via Amazon. Delivery was schedules for Friday but it arrived 3 days earlier. Delivery can be an issue to Northern Ireland from some suppliers, delighted that some companies 'over deliver' with their service. Bosch lawnmower I purchased is excellent, and I received a printed receipt (needed for warranty) in the post this morning. Next time I will buy direct, excellent service

I was let down by a different website that was advertising stock they didn't actually have (Bosch Cordless lawnmower). I contacted GardenFOX and spoke to Steven - he confirmed that they had stock as advertised on their website, I placed my order, it was dispatched the same day and arrived the next day as promised.
