Great plants

The plants arrived they were very well packed and in first class condition okay a couple were not 100% but I expect that, I've reported them all and are thriving very well pleased.

Shocking plants

Proplug plants received in very poor conditon. Very spindly and definitely not pro plugs. This is the second order in a month which is well below standard. I ordered loads of plants from you last year but will have to consider whether I want to waste my money on plants which go straight into the garden recycling bin

Well packed and awesome selection

As with previous orders, absolutely amazing plant selection and ease of ordering, then delivery. I can highly recommend gardening direct. Good healthy plants, I always order trays of 120 plugs and I'm never disappointed when they arrive. I do like the plants arriving in one piece and well packed, unlike other companies where they are just sent out, in a plastic tray and thin cardboard out cover. Over all amazing plants and great value and plant selection.

The parcel was never received and no customer service

The parcel was never received. I escalated via Evri directly who advised could not locate and assumed lost. I e-mailed your customer services twice (which is still at automated stage) so I telephoned them on three occasions to chase updates. This prompted Customer Services to advise me it was lost, as I already inform you several times, then offering to send replacement within 7-10 days. No thank you.

Good quality plants

As usual, quality plants received in a good condition, seem they’ve heeded advice on quality of previous carrier so plants arrived safely. Only downside was my initial order of various plants arrived with no Majestic romance begonias and on contacting customer service was told they were out of stock but also that they were being deleted from the range (no one advised me of this !) instead they sent me a geranium mix …. Anyway all sorted now !

Plants arrived at recommended time and…

Plants arrived at recommended time and were packaged securely so that on the whole the plants were in good condition.
The lantana were a little weak looking and not growing very well but all the others were strong and healthy and are putting on good growth.

No delivery

Well I ordered online on the first of April and was informed by email that my order had been dispacted, I telephoned a few days ago and was told that I could recieve my order soon, I replied that they would be very dry. This order has still not been delivered and would be too late for my purposes, I now expect a refund a soon as possible so that I can shop locally.

I reported damaged plants and no response

One packet of plants which was in a box of several packs, was broken - well over half were completely gone or broken in poieces. I reported it to you and have heard nothing back. Terrible service. It must have been old or damaged when packed as everythinbg else in the big box was perfect.

The plants were in a bad condition

The plants were in a bad condition. I purchased pro-plugs and although we separated the plants they have all wilted and will definitely not be in time for the summer. Very disappointed
