Well For A Start Your Better Than Thompson Morgan Because I Ordered Some Plugs From Them & They Arrived In A Terrible State, I’ve Ordered Plugs From Other Garden Companies & They Arrive In A Brilliant State Really To Plant On, I’m Never Going To Order From Them Again, In Fact I’m Getting On Them Tomorrow For A Refund & Show Them Photos Of There Plugs & Plugs From Another Company You Can See The Difference Instantly.

I have been buying from you for 4 years…

I have been buying from you for 4 years and I had no complaint till now. My last order was missing the Jasmine plant which cost £20. I have e mailed you with the details but have not had a reply. I want to buy more from you but I won't until this is resolved.

Pair of lemon trees one was perfect the other was only half a tree. Such a shame because the rest of the plants were fine

I use Gardening Direct every year for…

I use Gardening Direct every year for my spring plug plants, mainly Begonia Avalanche - I love them and they are always of a great quality.
This year I purchased Mystery Mix of Perennials in 9cm pots - they are exceptional - I don't think I could have got as good a quality from local nursery.

Opened when rec’d but the begonias were…

Opened when rec’d but the begonias were mostly almost dead. Planted into trays to hopefully bring them to life before planting out. Not looking very promising. First time complaining.
I’ve been unwell so not in a place to complain.
