A pre existing base was not as level as the initial survey thought. However No Problem for the team as the subfloor was quickly constructed a perfectly level.
Superb work from all involved keeping us informed all along the way. We now have a beautiful garden studio and are already enjoying the space.

From start to finish they are complete professionals. Friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication, planning, building and tidying up. Everything was great and the best thing of all is the garden room. It looks and feels amazing and we know we have a building that will last. Highly recommended!

Firstly one of the plus points for us was that Garden Rooms Scotland are very close to where we live so it was good to keep things as local as possible. The whole team were great from design to build. Kieran put our design on the computer and we were able to tweak it to get exactly what we wanted. He was always on hand to answer emails promptly and we were kept informed at all stages.
The guys worked very efficiently & professionally to get the structure up and the electricians & plasterer/painter completed the job in the specified time. One of the doors needed a little tweak but that was no problem as it was sorted very quickly.
From initial consultation to design and completion was about 6 weeks. We are very happy with our garden room & I particularly love the “blinds in glass” in the doors! Ours may be one of the smaller ones but it looks mighty and will be even better when the infra red sauna is in place!!
The whole process went smoothly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garden Rooms Scotland to anyone looking to have a lovely outdoor room.

Everyone at Garden Rooms (Scotland) was superb from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our new garden space. Always quick to respond and very professional, Lee, Joe and the team were great to deal with and the whole process was simple and seamless. The guys who did the build, flooring and electrics were all extremely pleasant and hard working. I'd recommend Garden Rooms to anyone considering a new garden space.

Joe and his team were first class from the start. We had looked into various options, but nothing was quite what we wanted. Then I came across Garden rooms and Joe's professional, 'can-do' attitude got things done how we wanted. The quality of work is excellent and we have a fantastic new garden room that has transformed our cottage. Even mid winter it hardly needed any heat, and now after 8 months it still looks great. Our ambitious project involved building a large annexe, with shower room, as an extension to my elderly father's existing garden room. We are delighted with the result! Very very rarely these days do you find a supplier who delivers in full with exceptional customer service. At Garden Rooms Scotland Ltd we found just that and more. From the minute we entered their showroom based at Douivale, Annan Road, Dumfries we were already happy customers. From initial chat with Lee which included an early indication of price point v specification and an on site visit from Joe to discuss location, design and build you’ll find a friendly approach along with an all encompassing font of knowledge in all that is Garden Rooms, there’s no pressure selling here. The whole team were professional, hard working, reliable and efficient but most of all responsible for delivering a garden room of outstanding quality and beauty, we just love it…..a big thank you to everyone.

We started to consider a garden room at the beginning of the year and visited the showrooms to discuss our options. Lee was very helpful when she explained the product and process for us to consider. Joe made essential site visits to discuss the placement of the garden room and reassure us that what we were hoping for would be achieved. The team were on site for eight days in total, being friendly, efficient and tidy. Our expectations have been exceeded and our garden room is a great addition to our property. They were very helpful and professional from our first visit to their showroom. They assisted us in creating a design for our garden room and helped us refine it to our liking.
The building team was excellent - they were always polite and professional and ensured to tidy up before leaving every day.
The final outcome is absolutely breathtaking and exceeds our initial expectations. We have received compliments from several neighbors on its stunning appearance.

We are very pleased with our log cabin. We visited the showroom at Dumfries, chose our cabin and had it customised to suit our needs. We had to make slight changes and this was no problem; the team couldn’t be more helpful.
The construction was efficient despite the weather taking a couple of days.

From our visit to the showroom in Dumfries to the arrival of Ben, Jim and the team who arrived to construct our garden room, on the site of our old garage we are 💯 delighted.The quality of the garden room is excellent it looks gorgeous at night with the outside lights on. We’ve been in it every weekend now we have the wine fridge set up, happy days 😄. Would highly recommend Garden Room Scotland if you’re thinking about doing likewise 👍

A first class service from Garden Rooms Scotland and their installers. BBQ hut put up in 1 day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an outdoor hut.

The whole process from ordering and completion of our BBQ Hut was excellent. It took a while to finish completely, but, that was weather related and not the company. The installers were first class and the hut was up in a day.

We have enjoyed using the Hut through the winter and look forward to utilising it more throughout the summer.

I would recommend Gardens Room Scotland for anyone wanting a garden room or BBQ Hut.

From the first visit to the building of the garden house they were most attentive, responding to every question raised quickly and offering excellent advice and guidance.
The quality of the structure is very substantial and the team that erected it was quick and efficient, tidying up everything on completion and leaving a clean site.

Excellent service from Lee and Joe and the rest of the team. We didn’t really know what we wanted but we got lots of ideas when we visited the showroom. We were given timescales and everything worked to plan. The builders were efficient and friendly as well as tidy, as were the electrician, plasterer and decorator and they all worked together to provide an wonderful garden room which was completed in two weeks. We now have a beautiful and tranquil space surrounded by our peaceful garden. Bliss.

Gin & Tonics in the garden just got much more enjoyable thanks to our gorgeous new garden room! A huge, overdue thank you to Joe, Lee and Angela for such first class, super friendly service. Special thanks also to Jim and team who worked diligently throughout and are a real credit to the company. We’re loving our spacious, multipurpose room - by day it’s the action packed HQ of The Love Bug D&G, SW Scotland’s Classic VW Co., by night it’s a relaxing cinema room and bar! Do visit their Douivale showroom, the display will help you decide what would work best for you. We opted for colour changing LED lighting - a big hit with my daughter for parties and sleepovers! Highly recommend Garden Rooms Scotland - these guys will go the extra mile, working with you to ensure you get the garden room of your dreams.
