Worthless warranty
The patio doors to our garden room haven't closed properly from the day Scottish Garden Rooms finished building it back in October 2021. They repeatedly promised it will be fixed but it remains unresolved. This of course means that the so-called warranties are not worth the paper they're written on.
We are deeply disappointed with Scottish Garden Rooms. They clearly don’t care that they’ve left us with an on-going security issue - it's next to impossible to close and lock the doors properly. So glad I didn't choose the bi-fold doors - if they can't get a simple patio door right what hope would there be for a more complicated bi-fold.
Due to their non-existent customer service, lack of care and repeated empty promises, we do not recommend Scottish Garden Rooms.
