Horrible customer experiences they tell you that they can return your items within 30 days and then when you bring it back they don’t listen and give you all this trouble and tell you that the plant is not dead and won’t return. Or they give you all these things and tell u that you need the receipt when the salesperson didn’t tell you that to begin with. Bailey doesn’t listen and is not a good manager and customer service person and just keeps lecturing you about their return policy and doesn’t listen to customer feedback. Just horrible
