Lack of quality control at Zest Outdoor Living
Ordered a Zest Tenby Arbour from GardenSite on 18th Sept and it was supplied directly by Zest on 26th with one of the sides slightly damaged (not by the courier) and the three pre-drilled holes in the wrong position. I reported this to GS by email and sent photos. Matthew took the part number and immediately arranged for Zest to send a replacement. On 1st Oct I received a replacement part but it was for the wrong side and I contacted GS, and once again Matthew immediately arranged for Zest to send the correct part which promptly arrived today (8th Oct). I'm happy with the quality of the product and with GS's excellent customer service, but utterly baffled as to why Zest do not properly check items before despatch. Not only must it have cost them to put right their own mistakes, but it's put me off ever ordering any of their products in the future.
