To clarify, we only deduct a £1.20 return processing fee from the refund, which helps cover handling and restocking costs. This is a common practice for many online retailers.

At present, we’re unfortunately unable to offer free return shipping as this isn’t something we can sustainably facilitate just yet.

All return information and fees are clearly outlined in our Returns Policy on our website, which is available to view prior to purchase so customers can make an informed decision.

We understand that return fees aren’t ideal, but please know we’re constantly reviewing our processes.

No response to emails

Although the items we have purchased for my son are of great quality we returned a tshirt asking for an exchange for a larger size. According to Royal mail this item was received a week ago, yet I havent had an acknowledgement to say they have received it or actioned my exchanged. On their website it states they will respond within 24 hours and after 2 messages through their contact form in the last few days, I am still awaiting a response. I have sent a 3rd email this evening to their support email address to see if this makes a difference to their response time, so fingers crossed.
Their products are genuinely good quality and delivery for multiple orders was fast and arrived within the stated 48 hours. However, I am quite disappointed with the after sales/ customer service.

I've been messaging Garms Affiliated…

I've been messaging Garms Affiliated for days regarding my daughter's returned item. Her item was sent Tracked Royal Mail and I have confirmation it was delivered, yet no word from Garms Affiliated and they are not responding to my emails and my queries sent via their website. Their 'chat' is not live, it is a bot and I am getting increasingly frustrated that my exchanged item has not yet been sent to me. Based on this experience, having spent £80 on a pair of joggers, I will never let her purchase from this brand again.

I have ordered a product, it arrived in the wrong size, and I have returned it and they dealt with my issue, and arranged my refund.
The products they sell are extremely well made, and worth the money. I would happily buy from them again!
