I wouldn't use the phrase 'great experience' --- far better would be reassuring visit. I think Gas Care could emphasise more the reassurance gained from having their gas systems tested and checked.

The gas engineer and apprentice serviced my gas boiler and gas fire . They were very efficient and left everything clean and tidy afterwards . They were both very helpful and friendly . I would recommend Gas Care to anyone .
