Part 2 - it was received eventually the delay was due to not enough postage being paid so was not the fault of royal mail

We did try to reach out via email to explain what we believed might have caused the delay but we didn’t receive a reply.

Recently, Royal Mail increased the weight limit for Large Letter items from 750g to 1kg. We sent the item using the updated 1kg allowance but it seems Royal Mail may have flagged it as overweight even though it was within the correct limit.
