Their system froze where I could not see my chart could not exit my trade nor see what was going on in that time frame
Results blew my account and they don’t want to do anything about it. Gotta find a new platform and broker

When I got onto the website I thought that it was very informative for a novice trader and also the experienced. I look forward to utilizing its features and growing my experience.

I constantly I have to tell them to update my account because my balance is different from my TradeLocker account, I have to tell them I can’t withdraw my money because it doesn’t even show the account where is my balance at they are very frustrating be careful

Only downfall with this broker/gatesfx is that they will still take your money even if you have a stop loss set. If you set your stop loss and the market closes and open up it will still take majority of your money

I dont usually leave review, sofar my experience been great with Gatesfx in less than a month. Withdraws take longer when there is congestion but you will receive them eventually. No Manipulation I am definitely recommending it

So far So good! I have been very impressed with the support team. All my issues have been resolved quickly.

I think any prop firm or broker that
used Tradelocker is a scam. That's
what I'm seeing. I got good on TL
but I got fried by Funderpro and
Top Tier so I went on a hunt for any
legit broker or prop firm. Good luck
finding one. All their one star reviews
are exactly the same. Scam

You can also tell of you go to their
Instagram page it's a bunch of not
comments or they don't allow them.
Thas always a red flag.

I have to say that GatesFX Help Desk reply’s very fast and does try to help in the traders questions and problems. But there is a glitch in the security using TradeLocker platform. In having changed /updated the password for your Live account does not mean that your account is secured! In exercising the above after I changed my password on my live account the account was still open to the old password and someone was able to get into the account and trade loosing the entire $6,000 balance. In many many conversations with GatesFX, they will not admit that there was a breach. So be aware if you change your password that does not mean that your account is safe and be ready for GatesFX to look the other way . They also forgot to adjust for the USA time change. If you held a Friday trade until Sunday open you could not close it until 7:00pm eastern for Xauusd….. and 6:00 PM for others. So market was open and running but no opening or closing existing trades.

I have found GatesFx to be a great ForEx broker platform. I am very new to training ForEx pairs, and I’m making a lot of mistakes. Yet, due to the consistent support of the GatesFx helpdesk I am learning and growing from these mistakes.

Whenever I have an inquiry about something unexpected that has to happen as a result of my actions, they respond quickly to explain things in a very informational and empathetic way.

I found GatesFx via reviews from a YouTube video and I must admit that the reviews that I found are absolutely true to form.

If you are new to trading ForEx pairs, like I am, then I highly recommend GatesFx!

Before Gates, I used an offshore broker named 24K. They eventually closed down at the end of summer. I enjoyed a profitable run with them. While using that broker I was able to lock in and cement my strategy.

Now that I am using GatesFX I can tell you it's a seamless broker. Easy to click around. Safe with 2FA. Immediate withdrawals. All the same benefits I had with prior broker. I'm very happy I found them. They even let you load your account with a CC. Pretty dope stuff.

10/10 will definitely recommend.

I entrusted this site with my savings; but, while attempting to withdraw my valuables, my account was stopped. Despite fulfilling the KYC verification requirements, they asserted that I was in a "restricted area" and declined to execute my withdrawal.

I submitted a support request, and they replied, indicating that I may now withdraw my monies. In actuality, they retained my funds and did not refund them. It was evident they had no intention of granting me access to what was justly mine.

I pursued legal recourse, and ultimately, I recovered my funds. If you have been defrauded, do not remain silent; make a complaint and take action. This must cease!

Quick fast, transparent and very efficient GatesFX is definitely a game changer!!!

The only reason i am giving four star because they use to have sharia law based islamic account which is also called swap fees account but they removed i just want to say please we all want a swap free broker..so please add back islamic account
