Very good, called 20 mins before arriving at the airport, quick look around and handed over.

You call the number given to you on confirmation of your booking about 15 - 20 minutes before you arrive. Drive to the designated place and usually while you are getting your suitcases onto the airport trolley, one of the staff will arrive and take you through the process, check around your car, write you a receipt card (don't lose it as you will need it to get your car back upon your return), and drive off with your car to be securely parked. This takes less than 5 minutes. Now go and enjoy your holiday!

Efficient and friendly - competitive price - what more do you want?

Overall, I was extremely frustrated by this firm. First, NO phone number was included on the papers I downloaded after making my booking (blank space where phone number should have been). Consequently, I arrived at the airport but had no way of phoning the controller to say I was there as no phone number on ANY of the paperwork!! Crazy!! Rang home to try to get a number from the internet - but that was impossible as no numbers given on the website. Ridiculous! Eventually the controller phoned me telling me off for not informing him I was at the airport!!! I explained but he didn't seem to understand that I had no number on the papers. If he had not phoned me, I do not know how we would have met up and I probably would have had to take my car to the long-term carpark. Had to wait a further anxious 20 minutes for person to arrive to take my car away. Also, directions for where to meet chauffer were pretty terrible and did not accord with what I saw when arriving at Gatwick. On return, the plane was 1.5 hrs early. I phoned when picked up bags, only to be told off again that the controller had not been told I would be early. I did not know I would be early - flight had strong tailwind and I had no idea of early arrival until well into the flight. Person arrived with car after I stood in the cold for 10 minutes (20 minutes after phoning). It is ridiculously unclear where exactly to meet chauffer on both arrival at airport and arrival from flight. Directions on paperwork are poor - and chauffer arrived at different lane on each occasion so that I had to wheel my bags across traffic on both occasions. Ridiculous. I will never use this service again. Will pay a little bit extra for the on-airport service. This was a very poor service - and I resent being told off for things that are not my fault. If I have given a time of arrival at the airport (for departure) when booking, why do I need to phone 20 minutes before I arrive? First of all, it is dangerous to phone while driving (I was travelling alone) and the company had my time of arrival and should have been waiting for me. Other meet & greet firms expect you to phone if you are going to be more than 15 minutes LATE. I arrived almost to the minute that I stated when booking. I was certainly NOT a happy customer and will never use this firm again.

Very easy and no hassle , though bit annoying that told not to phone til I had my bags and then had to wait 10 mins for my car to arrive , it was cold! Meet and greet it should be there waiting for me as I walk out , so maybe phone befo I get my bags next time

They tell you to telephone 20 minutes before you get there. How if you're on your own AND on the motorway?
I was asked why I didn't do this when I got there. I would have thought the explanation was obvious. No stopping on motorway. No using mobile phones whilst driving.

As well as this the price had increased since I last used their services. I think this information ought to be told to customers each time they book in case they, like me, assumed the price would remain the same as first quoted and maybe increase annually .
I enjoyed the experience of having someone take charge of the car and bring the car back when I returned.

I have used this service twice
The first time worked well, however I will not use them again, as on the second occassion my car was damaged.
The car was returned to me, at the airport, but for some reason it was soaking wet, although it had not been raining. This coupled with the fact that it was dark, meant that I did not notice the damage until the next day and of course by then, I had driven it home myself.
There was no mention of the damage, when the car was handed over to me.

The service offered by Gatwickskyparking has been nothing short of outstanding. We parked literally in front of the airport entrance where a friendly driver welcomed us and collected the keys. We were provided with a contact number which we called upon our return to London Gatwick a few days later. Again, the driver was waiting in front of the exit with our car - very convenient and reliable. When comparing the price of this excellent service with the fees charged at the car park it is a no-brainer to choose Gatwickskyparking. We will definitely do it again!

Well worth using this service for an easy departure and return home. They clean the car well too, while you are away, but I was charged for a full valet wash when I asked for a simple exterior wash.

This is the first time we've used such a service. Pick-up was a little slow despite calling before as requested, but on return the car was waiting for us. Personnel were friendly and polite and price was good for 3 weeks parking, so we will use again.

Great ! just drive in and foreget your car untill you get back, and then ring and the car is waiting for you outside, Soooooooo convenient.

Called driver to confirm arrival prior to arriving at Gatwick. The driver did not answer. Sent texts, emails and made several calls. After 30 minutes of being late I finally received a rude answer. Person on the phone suggested I park in the long-term parking area and get checked in while they made their way to the airport to collect the car. Luckily I had arrived at the airport early enough to be able to make the flight despite the inept service that this company provided during my departure. I would not use this company again unless I were a masochist and enjoyed putting myself under unnecessary stress.

We have used you a couple of times, and as above message you carry out as instructed, you arrive on time, and very helpful on our last experience due to 1 hour delay problems.

Not a lot to say really. The drivers were polite, prompt and business-like. The change over was quick and efficient. The cost minimal.

I have used this service a few times and on the whole have been very happy.

I would ask that they present quickly to collect and return the car, I had a 20 minute wait last time for the car to be collected and although I understand local traffic can have an impact I think this should be accounted for.

That aside this is great service with friendly operatives and all at a fair price.

Very reliable service, great flexibility, everything went exactly as planned.
