I ordered a DCC decoder, which for some reason refused to work. I sent it back, got a swift refund, and ordered a replacement which arrived promptly and works great.
I think you can learn more about a company from its actions when something goes wrong. Gaugemaster couldn't have been better.

A Modelling One-Stop
I have used both the website and the eBay shop and the service from both points is excellent.
They have a great range of stock and offer very competitive prices. As well as Gaugemaster, all of the major brands are stocked, and you can generally find pretty much anything you're looking for.
The service is fantastic. I have back orders that appear with the postie without prompting. For direct contact, they offer great customer service.
