James at the Oxford branch was very helpful, he gave me advice on the shed quality and specifications. Even though I don’t live in the Oxfordshire county, I was happy and confident with my sister shed she purchased from GBC a year ago. The customer service she received was excellent, plus the shed looks strong and sturdy.

Fantastic service from Lyam at our local GBC showroom within Dobbies, Aberdeen. He was knowledgeable and very helpful from the first day we viewed the cabins. He listened and guided us on everything from the base right up to the types of paint. We looked at a few different companies but none of them compared to the service we received from the outset with GBC. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a greenhouse through Dobbies in Aberdeen. The service I received from both Neil and Liam was first class, both went out of their way to send brochures and give advice before placing my order and keeping me up to date about delivery. Delivery from the greenhouse people, (the company ) was excellent arrived at 9.30 on day promised.Thanks also to Ian the driver who unloaded and carried everything in for us. Would not hesitate to recommend Dobbies and The Greenhouse People .

Excellent and cordial attention provided by your employee when my wife and I attended and purchased our garden shed from GBC's Abingdon facility. Looking forward to receiving the completed building in the new year.

Last November we bought a Castle Penrith greenhouse from GBC Huntingdon (Dobbies). Anita was extremely helpful, non pushy, gave us lots of advice, and even provided a list of names of firms who would erect,& put down a base. Everything went like clockwork and the service we received was first class, reliable and very much appreciated. Since then the colour and design of our greenhouse has been much admired by friends.However, the other day to my horror whilst strimming the lawn a pebble shattered a glass panel .Not knowing a tempered glass supplier locally I phoned GBC and was relieved to find Anita was still there and explained the problem. Amazingly she remembered me and within 3 days obtained a panel for me.! So not only was her pre sales service 5 Star but her after sales service was incredible. Thank You Anita !!
