GBC Buildings For Leisure LLP 

Buying the shed, which for some reason everyone reviews on here was good, getting the shed however is another thing. Ordered in July and given a date in first week of October, rang today, the day before delivery estimate to be told "Oh we are expecting to deliver it 26th November" so just a day or 2 short of 20 weeks. for 4 panels and a roof?

if I had not called I would have been none the wiser and waited happily with the date on my paperwork, take your money but no aftercare, no empathy, didn't even bother to try and make an excuse they just said that's what it is and hung up.

I would ask all the people who have foolish submitted 5* wait before feedback when you have your shed!

Great experience purchasing our garden room through GBC. Afonso took time to explain all options, with no pressure to purchase anything at all.
I would definitely recommend & use again.

Went along to my local Dobbies who stock a variety of sheds and other out buildings GBC builds and others. I’d been online looking for a particular size and configuration to fit into an area in the garden and although I’d found near enough I couldn't get exactly what I wanted. Mandy was there to do the magic of placing the order after figuring out which way I wanted the door and which side for the windows etc. Well done you ! The other issue was getting a quality item. Yes I would say what I’ve ordered is more expensive but the quality of the shed is far superior. Now awaiting delivery....... I know it will be a while, which will give me time to get a foundation. I’ll be back to tell you all about it .

Wonderful service. We were shown around all the different greenhouses’ and every question we asked was answered. Next day I rang as I changed my mind about the size. This was altered without any problems.

We purchased a shed only to discover what we were putting in it was too wide for the door. Ian was very understanding and we arranged to change the type of shed for one with a double door, so all sorted with not a lot of fuss. Delivery is a bit long, but that is not down to them everywhere is like a 16 week waiting list.

Have bought this shed before and was very impressed with the quality and also with the guys who delivered and installed it in 2018 , therefore decided when we wanted another shed to go back . Sales guy very friendly and helpful on the phone and remembered us from before ! Quick email response confirming payment of deposit and details .
Looking forward to early 2021 when hopefully we will receive our shed .

Shocking customer service. We ordered in June and we were told to expect delivery in 4-6 weeks. We heard nothing until late August, when we were told to expect it mid-September. Delivery was scheduled for Monday 14th, but they didn't turn up and we've so far heard two different reasons (staff off sick / delays with painting). The worst thing is that nobody can tell us when we can expect it, even though it must surely be ready if they'd scheduled delivery. It doesn't make sense and I think they've clearly taken on more orders than they can deal with.
Our garden is a complete mess because we've had to take down our old shed and have nowhere to store anything in the meantime. I wouldn't order from them again.

Absolutely first class service and advice.
The person we dealt with could not have been more helpful, we did have a lot of questions, all of which were answered confidently along with some sound advice based on experience. There was also no hard sell from the team.Very impressed if i was thinking about any future garden building there is only one place i would go.

Spoke to a chap on the phone and couldn't be more helpful. Went to the base to see the sheds (nice day for a drive out), both men were incredibly helpful and put up with a lot of questions from me. When it's time for a new shed they will be my first port of call.

the first they got my order wrong after confirming with them what i needed they come with another shed to my specification.I noticed the new shed had a split on the frame which the fitters pointed out,i could have rejected it but after waiting so long for it i decided to keep it.i didn't want the roof felted i can do that myself.When i started the roof it wasn't sitting flush due to the support being fitted too high on the side panel,i got it down the best i could with a club hammer.I had the choice to back the shed with the split and the roof was after the fitters had left Would i use this company again ? definitely not
