GBC Buildings For Leisure LLP 

The initial order and service was good.
however on the day of delivery and installation the company phoned me on my mobile at 8.30am to take final payment.
I was waiting at work for the delivery team to call when they were 15 mins from the house.
I then get a call at 13.00 from your offices again to say that the men had been waiting outside my house for 15 minutes trying the home number.
I had to leave work at very short notice to get home and let them in - they were not happy and nor
was I
I don't understand why they were not given my mobile number

So far, it's first class service. Didn't expect to have been able to order it yet under the present conditions, it's brilliant.

To start with everything went well with the barn shed, but after a few months, it became clear that the roof felt wasn’t secured properly. I contacted GBC and they arranged for someone to come out over 3 weeks later. I rang on the Friday to see if they would still be out on the Monday as the covid issue was raising its ugly head and they told me they were closed until further notice.
I contacted GBC down in England and the supplier at the branch down there said about 2 weeks ago that they would come out 29th April (today) but yesterday, after another 2 week wait, they rang to say the Scotland branch won’t allow them to fix it and it will have to wait indefinitely as they are still closed. £1800 shed, the worst customer service I’ve ever known. I won’t be using them again. I realise some reading this will say I should be patient as this covid 19 is affecting all businesses, and I get that, but when there’s a way to get it sorted out, then covid 19 becomes an excuse and not a reason!

I got my green house in march it is lovely the guy that put it up for us was so efficient and had it up in no time he was amazing the delivery was also amazing as well. The delivery man was so chatty and cheerful

Very helpful member of staff (Craig) talked us through the order to ensure we had the right specification and gave confidence that our order and custom is valued. Couldn’t ask for more really.

No delivery information and no update on when it will arrive. Realise there is a crisis going on but this site said 3-5 days delivery, which was the reason we ordered from here. Not a reflection on the products - as we can’t review.

Absolutely flimsy felt which got Scredded on one side. Would like to show photos if possible so justify what I am saying. Please let me know how I can upload photos. This a shed installed in Oct 2019 and felt didn’t last 6 months even.
