GBC Buildings For Leisure LLP 

Bought a Malvern Pent summerhouse from GBC Preston four years ago which has been excellent. Now doing phase 2 of the garden and have been back to order a Malvern Holt Pent Shed and a Peak Rochester Greenhouse - Service was as good as previously from Peter and am awaiting delivery in the next few weeks.

First day open after lockdown but staff were on the ball regarding social distances excellent service so much so we made a significant purchase

Information provide was clear. All questions were answered effectively. The range of sheds for viewing was comprehensive. The whole process was very smooth and handled with care.

Sales rep very helpful - however, not too impressed with a 10 - 12 week lead time - or the fact that the order acknowledgement was incorrect....let's wait and see what turns up - and when.

Strange ordering system, may as well of ordered from Protek my self as that is were it came from, obvious you had no stock available at the time of ordering.Delivery took longer than expected. But cannot recommend the product enough , great oil for outdoor furniture.

Delivery was quicker than advertised, a problem with the order was very quickly resolved, staff were even available on a Bank Holiday.

I have had an order acknowledgement but no news on when I might expect to receive it. I have had two requests to complete some feedback. I can only say I am deeply unimpressed.

Order placed on Monday, taken by a very helpful person called Matt. The two tins of stain arrived on Thursday way ahead of what I expected. Used the stain on our summerhouse, We are very pleased.
