Have used them twice in the last 6 years and both times I've have been happy with the product but had serious issues with the fitting. I recently had bedroom carpets fitted to match landing carpet previously fitted by them and they cross matched the pattern. All who have seen it are shocks that they could make such a mess of matching two carpets. I would advise all to give them a wide birth

Would just like to say mike & Nathan who came & fitted my bedroom carpet were both very polite professional & really nice lads hovered up after they fitted my carpet left no mess what so ever will defiantly be using GCW again for future carpets that I need & would highly recommend them, & hope they send mike & Nathan next time 😁

Good quality carpet and great service from the GCW team. Their own fitters, Mike & Owen did an excellent job installing my hall/stair carpet and it looks great.

Visited The Showroom To Look For A New Stairs Landing And Bedroom Carpets.Lindsey Helped Us Sort Out What Carpets We Needed From The Massive Choices Available In The Showroom. Whilst There We Allso Bought A Double Bed.Lindsey Was Friendly And Helpful. Liam Came To Fit The Carpets He Did An Absolutely Fantastic Job. The Stairs Landing And Bedroom Look Superb. Liam Was Friendly Took All The Waste Away Hoovered And Left Everything Spotless. Allso The 2 Guys Who Delivered The Bed Didn't Get There Names Were Very Polite Put The Bed Together And Took All The Packaging Away. GCW Fantastic Service From Start To Finish.

Mike, Owen and Nathan fitted my bedroom carpet today. They did a lovely job. They were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend Grimsby Carpet Warehouse.

Today we had a bedroom carpet and en suite Lino laid. Callum and Nathan did a fantastic job we are so pleased with their work and professionalism through out. Just had a couple of the lads fitting a new carpet in my bedroom. Mike and Nath, can't fault them at all, didn't waste any time, got straight on with it and kept me informed of what they were doing and double checked it was the right carpet before fitting it. They even cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, definitley recommend and will certainly be using GCW again in future

You cannot give this company anything but a five star review 100 per cent fantastic from the minute we walked into the store not jumped on Jason in sales was brilliant showed us different flooring and advised what was best and also explained the procedure timeline for levelling the floor is I think who came from Lincolnshire was absolutely above and beyond his workmanship together with his co worker was second to none I left them to it didn’t take them long but the finish not one trowel or uneven mark on the floor unlike the other side which we inherited. The customer service is faultless from Andre to whoever is first class professional friendly helpful not pushy makes you feel at ease so doesn’t make paying your bill to painful lol. Thank you very much
