Had our furniture delivered today. Very pleased with it.
Arron and Liam were very polite and helpful setting up our recliners for us.
We bought our carpets from here as well so will definitely be using them again.

Just had 2 2 seater settee delivered couldn't asked for any more unwrapped it took rubbish away covered shoe's and very polite thank-you Aaron and liam 😀 👍 😄 also big massive thank-you to Johnny and dan for my carpet fitting and they even hoovered up for me never had that before

Just had Mike and Jack come and fit some vinyl flooring in our bathroom. Made a great job even though it was a bit tricky due to a tight space in one area. Polite and friendly lads. Thanks

Just taken delivery of our electric ottoman and new mattress. Really pleased with the service from start to finish. Sales staff were knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Order was ready in 2 weeks and convenient delivery slot booked. Delivery arrived on time and delivery guys Arron and Pete were very professional. Bed was assembled in no time. They made sure I knew how to use the controls before leaving, taking all rubbish away. Great experience all round.

We had Mike and Owen fit vinyl flooring in our hallway and WC. Great job, very pleased with the outcome. Friendly fitters. Will definitely recommend them and GCW for flooring.

Great service from GCW. Lots of choice in the shop and helpful staff member. Fitting was completed on the day we wanted by Callum and Jack who did a fantastic job and were very clean and tidy. Carpet and underlay are good quality. We have used GCW for the past 5 years and they are always excellent.

Had a carpet fitted yesterday by Mike and Owen, lovely chaps nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up as they went along, vacuumed the carpet and removed all the left overs. Would highly recommend them, they delivered an excellent service and the carpet looks fantastic.

Very professional. The buying experience was one of help not pressure. Suggestion not hard sell! Thank you Lindsay and Andre. They listened and gave us the time and space to go away, think and consider. The fitting was seamless for both the LVT Click and the carpets. Delighted with the results. Can’t wait for our two sofa’s to arrive which we spotted while in the shop. Again Andre helped - no pressure and prices were better than any similar found in the top three sofa companies you’ll be familiar with in Alexandra Dock Hull.

Great quality carpet and was booked in to be fitted within 1 week.
Slight problem with the carpet when it arrived however the fitters were amazing and sorted it. Really can’t praise Mike and Owen enough, they were quick, did an amazing job and took all rubbish away with them which I’ve never had before when a carpet is fitted. Thank you for such a good job Owen and Mike :)

Lack of communication as supposed.to be at property between 10/11 but turned up at 1220 ...walked all over new carpet with shoes even tho I'd asked them to take them off ...had 2 other fitters come into my house with no announcements and wander in as if it was there property...one of the fitters used my toilet even tho I had told him he couldn't and would have to go elsewhere ..I'll fitted door at with a wire we had under the carpet which trapped my son in his room for half an hour ..
So nearly.4 hrs and 4 men to fit one carpet sarcastic comments when I expressed my unhappiness ..a blatant disregard to me and my property costing me an extra £130 for a carpet cleaner to clean my new carpet ..having to clean my whole bathroom as my partner has OCD ..and to top it all off the manager although apologetic offers me discount.on my next carpet even tho I'd told him I'd never use again

Really nice lads (Callum & Dan) - Josh also through email was extremely helpful to me and got back to me quickly all the time.

Second time I've used you guys and will continue to do so.

From start to finish, staff have been very friendly, and have good advice on what type of carpet I would need. The carpet fitters where friendly, and polite. They did an amazing job on laying my hall way and stairs carpet. There timing was pot on and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use this company again
