Excellent customer Service
I've used Gear4Geeks for a number of orders now, they're very reasonable on price, package things well and have outstanding customer service.
When a Star Wars Black series figure broke after taking it out of the sealed packaging (so it was 100% Hasbro's shoddy manufacturing at blame), G4G not only refunded it immediately for me, they also provided a number of links to places where the figure may still be available. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future! Really impressed with them.
