Superbra Service!
I work as a music teacher, and our school orders from G4M every few months. Usually it is small things that need replacing, and the staff always help us get the right materials and a good price.
When we accidentally ordered two different sizes of stage risers right before end of term celebrations, we called in a panic. My in customer service sorted us out right away with a return and replacement, and we received the new gear the very next day.
Great customer service, fast delivery, and a good selection means we will be ordering from Gear4Music for many years to come.

Amazing guitar for the price
Amazing guitar for the price. It arrived safe and sound. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tuner, extra set of strings, and the guitar case. I didn’t notice whether they were included when I made the purchase, but I felt very well taken care of.

A wonderful reaction
There was an error, and a long delay when I ordered a Cello. But after I made an official complaint, Gear4music made and apology, turned to a quick delivery adjustment and a donation for the delays. In all my years dealing with companies, I never got such a genuine effort to solve an issue like this and I truly appreciate that.

Electric Guitar Neck
I bought the Electric Guitar Neck, in Maple. The quality was really bad the density was low. When I did the woodwork the wood cracked. I have experience of making guitars but had never experienced that poor quality wood

Disgraceful behaviour from a Major Retailer
Ordered a Behringer 1820 and a Behringer ADAT.
The 1820 boxed had been opened, instructions missing, cables tangled, fingerprints all over the unit, plastic cover missing of the plug prongs... I paid for new units, not opened and used.
Then we start the send us photos nonsense to prove I'm not lying!
Offer me £29 off the unit, which would not work. So I order a new unit.
When I check they want to charge me £8.99 for a unit they sent me that was opened and the evidence suggests used - this is fraudulent!
I've cancelled the unit I was to buy and they can have their "USED!" unit back.
NOT TO BE TRUSTED !
