What a scam! Completely different item delivered 🙈. Avoid this company!!!

I ordered a calender and ear phones turned up but takes days to respond or reply!

Ordered these. Then they sneakily add VAT on top AFTER they have given you a figure that will be debited from your paypal account. I've requested an immediate cancellation for underhanded selling tactics. And if they say they've already sent the order. I'll be escalating it through PayPal dispute department as I cancelled the order within 10 mins of placing it.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. The good look pretty decent but I was extremely disappointed with the material & the sizes are wrong. Requested a refund but get fobbed off with high shipping costs & piddly compensation. COMPLETE SCAM. Returns should not be hard.

I wrote on here earlier today to say I hadn’t received my order and that I thought it was a scam!
Well would you believe it, my order has literally just arrived 🤦🏻‍♀️ feel bad for doubting this company! Tops are satisfactory for the money I paid and to be fair I’m quite happy with them.

Would give no stars if possible. The tops are absolutely awful, cheap thin material that are nothing like advertised. They are not a uk company as advertised and they add extra money on without telling you, complained and got that refunded. When I asked to return the tops as awful and don’t fit they said it was not possible or worth returning and offered me £4 after several emails got £7 refunded, absolutely disgusting as have lost money and left with tops which are of no use, I have cleaning cloths thicker than these. Should not be able to get away with this they are scamming people with these tops and should not be allowed to trade. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont even want to give 1 star! Ordered 2 items which havent arrived, post office says return to sender now they wont refund me cos they havent recieved the parcel back and they want me 2 pay more money 4 loss of items, offered me £10.02 refund yet i paid £25 plus shipping insurance. Robbing b***ards!!

Never received order and now awaiting a full refund or replacement item, they want me to pay more money!!!!!!!

Currently having a return/refund situation. Ordered size 2xl (20) ~ received 3 items no bigger than a UK size 10! 1 of the items had mould or dirt on it.
7th email replying to them trying to get a return address. I've been offered a $2 & $5 token refund which I declined. Latest email received is that and I quote ..
"Thank you for your e-mail
We ship to you according to your order ​
If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another. After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.".
I am corresponding via a UK email address so seems very odd!
They have now ceased correspondence completely so guess I have to resign myself that I've lost £38 but gained 3 extremely crappy tops!

Similar to others, I would give MINUS If I could
- they do not sent what you ordered
- they took more money than invoiced (claimed that it was a system error, my a*se)
- you can return your items to CHINA!!!!
- their aim is to wear you out so that just accept their measly ‘compensation’

I’m another one who should have looked at the reviews before buying.
I ordered some tops with built in bras, arrived in an ok time, distributed from the uk. Had uk postage labels etc.
The tops aren’t great quality and the sizing is rubbish. No built in bra, just a circle of padding to cover your nipples! A 3xl should have been plenty, but they were far too small in the bust.
I contacted great gear uk and was told to go through the seller Dazzolight UK, they advised I could return my items, as long as all was ok I’d be refunded.
Downside, I had to return them to China! The parcel would cost £25 to return!
This is when I read the trustpilot reviews, finding out that some had returned parcels to only be offered a fraction of the purchase price. Thankfully I didn't go ahead with sending the parcel.
Other reviews mentioned being charged more than they should have been. Sure enough on checking I’d actually been charged £38.38 instead of £31.98.
I felt so annoyed I planned on involving my card company. So I replied via the sellers on line chat and asked why was I returning to China at a massive cost, when this isn’t mentioned, and that I’d like the extra £6.40 I’d been charged refunded asap or if be involving the bank.
Thankfully this did the trick, Dazzolight said they’d refund the whole £38.38. With everything being so poor I did have my doubts. But they’ve redeemed them selves from a 1 star rating to a 2 star as I’ve actually been refunded within a couple of day.
But I still won’t use them ever again, no matter how tempting things look.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Arrived yesterday in an appalling state, all screwed up and shoved into a bag. Ordered size 16 UK but they only just about fit my daughter who is a size 10. They look nothing like the ad, particularly the bra section. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If I could give 0 stars I would. I echo the previous reviews and wish I had done more research before buying. The two vests I purchased were appalling quality and when I asked for a return (which they said I could do), they offered me £2. Claimed the warehouse was in China but it originated from Miami in Florida (I had all the transit updates). I will be reporting the company to trading standards. In the meantime please do not buy anything from them.

Avoid!! Do not buy from here they have scammed me with their false ad. Bought two tops from this company for £19.99. whose ad promised easy returns. The tops are very poor quality and completely the wrong size. I contacted the seller and they refused to accept a return and offered me at first £2 and then £4 then simply refused to let me return them for a full refund. Avoid like the plague!

Absolute garbage. Paid £20 for two items that are nothing but rag, not true to size. Advert says 100% guaranteed refund if not happy with purchase. Will not give refund. Offers me £2 compensation. Say I have to return to China even though they came from UK. Complete scammers!!!!!!!!

These tops are not as advertised. The elastic on the bottom of built-in bra is such poor quality that it does not stay in place. I was overcharged for the tops I bought and the refund was only made when I advised that I had contacted my bank. I will not use this company again

The items I purchased were not as described and not for for purpose.
The company has been REALLY unhelpful saying if I want a refund I'll have to pay the items back to China, even though they were posted to me from a UK address.
What a con, don't use them

Oh dear - note to self - read reviews before purchasing!!! Very poor quality, very poor boob coverage, and I’m not massive! Not even going to bother asking for a refund as based on all the other reviews (which I didn’t read beforehand!) it’s not worth the hassle! Don’t buy these T-shirts ladies!!!

The site gives the impression you are ordering from within the UK but it came from LA taking much longer to arrive than expected. Customer service was good and repaid overpayment promptly. Happy with quality of products too. Thank you
