Trying to get an Engineer to come out to fix my Gerberit was almost inpossible

My experience was absolutely shocking trying to locate the correct number to call to get an Engineer to come along to my house to fix the fault with my Gerberit BUT THEN ALONG CAME BOB-KELVIN PATRICK HE WAS JUST AMAZING AND SORTED OUT THE WHOLE SITUATION IN THE FLICK OF A HAT !!!! He contacted the Engineer Roy William Mackintosh and he rang me on
the telephone and is coming to my house on Friday the
5/6/2026 between 10:00am and 12:00am to sort it all
out. I would like to say a big big thank you to Bobby who
even sent me an email with a Ticket Number for the job
that has to be carried out.

Superb technical support to identify exactly what spare parts my plumber needed to service my 22 year old wall-hung toilet and even some suggestions for where I can order them. I was impressed with the attention to detail as this was not at all straightforward and needed some back and forth to identify the exact model behind the tiles.

The engineer was ontime, he explained the issues and the problem with the toilet and then gave it a complete overhaul, upfront and honest with his assessment.

Mera Comfort " The best"

I have to say that my Mera Comfort is trouble free and when it hiccups it is a major tragedy. Wilem talked my son through sorting it out on the telephone.
