Very satisfied.

My problem was settled promptly. The staff who dealt with me were polite and patient (I have Parkinson's Disease).
The 'experience' couldn't have been better.

Superb technical support to identify…

Superb technical support to identify exactly what spare parts my plumber needed to service my 22 year old wall-hung toilet and even some suggestions for where I can order them. I was impressed with the attention to detail as this was not at all straightforward and needed some back and forth to identify the exact model behind the tiles.

The engineer visit

The engineer was ontime, he explained the issues and the problem with the toilet and then gave it a complete overhaul, upfront and honest with his assessment.
Friendly, Clean and tidy, with a professional attitude.

Mera Comfort " The best"

I have to say that my Mera Comfort is trouble free and when it hiccups it is a major tragedy. Wilem talked my son through sorting it out on the telephone.
we are not used to that kind of service these days!
