wow I am completely shocked by the terribly customer service from Gecko Custom. Per my previous post, it took me posting a review of this company for them to reach out to me. Before posting on this platform, I had emailed them about 6 times but only heard back from them after posting here. My latest email from them stated and I will copy it directly from their reply to me...Yes, we will process the refund for total amount that you paid right after you edit or remove your Trustpilot review. This company clearly does not value their customer. They do not stand by their product and are only willing to do what should be done if I change my review or remove it. I am beyond shocked by this reply....

They were honest with me and kept me informed of my order from time I ordered to time I received my package

Absolutely love this decal! The Patriotic 250th Anniversary God Bless America Eagle 1776–2026 design is bold, detailed, and truly meaningful. The eagle graphic looks fantastic on my car window and the colors really stand out without being overdone. The sticker feels high-quality, applies smoothly, and stays put even after rain and sun exposure. Honestly they delivered exactly what I asked for it came better than expected it is a beautiful piece of art anyone who loves the Lord and our country I highly recommend it I've passed this on to all my friends and family much love and respect God bless you and yours.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their size charts for shoes are wrong! I wear a size US 7 in women's shoes. That is a size 38 in Asian sizing for women's shoes! They sent me a size 39/40 which is a size 8 to 8.5 in women's shoes! They are not willing to refund my money or redo the slippers after I paid nearly $40 for these slippers! They are money hungry crooks! Save your money!!

Quality made, beautiful design, the garden flag and the pole flag will look great flying in the spring as it’s -10 degrees out. Proud to own these flags. They keep you informed the whole process. 5 star

I love these wind chimes! When I hear the soft tinkling sound of them out on my balcony, I can't help but smile & think of my Meow & Bebo.

Great customer service. The custom made flag I ordered was better than expected. The quality and price was something to share with friends and family. Currently, my neighbors are expressing their compliments on the flag proudly displayed at the front of my exclusive property. Our 250th birthday is something worth celebrating why not with a quality beautiful flag with your family name.

Buyer beware this company is the worst to deal with. We did 2 separate orders at xmas and both had issues. After days going back and forth with customer service they put the blame on us and refused to do anything. This is war you get for using an over seas merchant. Bad enough the design was messed up: on one the dog photo looked like a black smudge the other the dogs name overlapped on the image, the quality was worse.
I wish I could show you images to see for yourself. All i can do is warn everyone not to do business with them

Note; I did reach out to the reply email and got no where as I explained in my review. There response makes it look like they will help but I wasted 2 days going back and forth only to told there is nothing they can do.
Think twice before purchasing!

This experience was amazing from the beginning. From customizing my own pj's to the shipping, this was super easy. I got 3X pants and shirt, and the pants are the perfect length, they fit loose just like i like, and they are warm and extremely soft. What a great product.!!!!

They sent the wrong pants that I ordered and wouldn't rectify the issue even though I sent proof it wasn't what I ordered

This website is a delight to deal with. The quality of items I have ordered for the 250th birthday of American has been first rate. I certainly will recommend the website to family and friends! Dealing with the company in asking questions has resulted in quick and friendly service!

I made several shirts for my husband for Christmas with our actual dogs pictures on them. He gets so many people who comment on the shirts, ask if they are our dogs, and tell us how unique these shirts truly are. I saw this one too late for Christmas but had to order it anyway. I ordered a few for me too because they are nice.
