Used for years on and off and they used to send an invoice which was always paid on receipt. This afternoon being 26th August 2025 spoke with a person who was the most obnoxious person in have ever dealt with at Geekmobile. Never going back!!

Was ok service did charge a lot for a fake screen which i wasn’t too happy about but the staff was very helpful although they follow prices which they have to work with 3.5 out of 5

Once you place the order, you will receive an automated order confirmation that tells you about the dispatch. The email does not contain any tracking number whatsoever except for the order number. You will advised of number of days re shipping but you will end up following up from the company email but don't be surprised NO ONE will reply to any of your email. The website has a tracking option but none on the order confirmation email info will help you to locate the shipment. So, save your time and money - Go somewhere else. I have a feeling this is run by some scammers somewhere just like the usual romance or prince scammers land on your email. BEWARE!!!

Scam: No trace of my order and no one is replying to my emails

Never get my product - I wait for 3 months. No ones answering to my mails.

I am not very technology savvy, but Ram explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand. He was so thorough and I would definitely welcome him back if I ever had a problem with my computer.

Have had Sohail fix two computers for us now and we have been very happy with his work and the service he provided. Will definitely call him again if we have more problems.

Very happy with the work done, and the results. In the future, I would recommend Geekmobile to any of my aquaintances needing IT assistance. Thank you.

The Guys at Geeks on Wheels worked very hard to resolve the issues with my Dell dual CPU Server, (Dell didn't help by giving them wrong information to start off with !!) But, overall, i was very happy with the effort given by the guys at Geeks on Wheels and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone

I was wary about calling out a different IT service, but as our usual tech was unavailable i had to call Geek mobile, im SO glad i did, JC was extremely professional and friendly, he was fast and honest and the job was very well priced. The end to end service was actually the best we have had in our business and i will definitely be calling on JC to replace our current IT tech in the future. EXCELLENT SERVICE

After my experience with Geek Mobile I would recommend them to anyone. Came real fast, job was done and the price was low. It was lovely to have a person such as Ram turn up and know exactly what he was doing. Very professional. Would recommend you to everyone.

He came. He saw. He fixed. He went. What more could one seek from a geek? I feel more secure with a mobile "geek" available should the need arise.

Ram is a true blue professional, knows his stuff cannot fault him. Always friendly, polite, rings if he will be running a few minutes late, just awesome

Ram was very knowledgeable and I would certainly recommend him to friends and clients. Laptop was taking ages to start up and Sean had the tools to advise that it needed a new hard drive. Very pleased

After my computer crashed and I couldn't get the back up drive to work I thought I had lost everything. I owe a lot to Sean and his perseverance. Thank you Ram.

Paid $200 to fix a laptop. Fix one problem but still not working. Came back out to have another look said he needed some parts and would be back that was over 2 weeks ago and have not heard from him. I have sent emails and made several calls but no will relpy to email or return my calls. Would stay well away from geek mobile.

Conmen and liars, you will be very lucky if anything arrives my advice is to stay well away

previous experience was great ,but today was very disappointing .I wasted $320 and the problem was not solved .I lost email and the operator went about everything the wrong way ,blaming everybody but himself .I had to ask him to leave in the end and i am asking another company to fix the problem .\
Help desk is good with this company and most of the operators i had in the past but today was a disaster .
