Our team have been using geekbot for years and it really makes our life easir. we integrated it on slack so we can share our daily to do and this help us in coordinating work between each other and schedule how the working day is going to run. Moreover, we are using geekbot to generate daily reports on the operations channel so this ease the process of organizing the day flow and end of day flow.

Our team is growing and it's getting harder to sync up within the hybrid teams so we were looking for a solution. We have used Geekbot for over a year, and I can say it saves a lot of time and effort, honestly.

We have recently adopted agile ways of working at Dr Martens. We are a global company and our product team works across four different time zones (UK, US, India, Bulgaria). We were finding the time difference challenging, and decided to trial Geekbot for our daily stand-ups. What we like about Geekbot is the ability to tailor the questions to our team, choose what time to automate the questions being sent out, and being able to link the responses to our Teams channel. Geekbot has turned out to be a valuable tool for us in being able to keep track of what all team members are working on throughout the day and where they have any questions or blockers. We intend on continuing with Geekbot once our trial period ends

The functionality is easy to use, designing daily reports is way easy. Effectively, all the received responses are complied into a report regularly.
This tool has great features that make our work easier.

Geekbot has worked great for our team. We saved a lot of time from the team by submitting the standups in Slack instead of getting into a call every morning. The reminders to submit your standups are also very helpful during busy days.

This app is saving 30 minutes daily. Our daily check-in meeting is taken care by this app and now it's async. It takes around 5 min for me to go through all the updates from my team.

Geekbot is really customisable and easy to set up. Only thing is whether you're willing to pay the cost of it.

it's very easy to set up. We use the standups for our daily task managing, either designed for group morning work plan or specific questions for different individuals to track the projects

The automated check-in feature is nice for sending daily check-ins to hold my colleagues accountable in meeting their long term professional writing goals. This is the only feature that I was looking to have to help facilitate a two-week writing challenge. I wish that this feature was available for free without needing to pay for access to all of the other options/tools offered that I don't need.

Overall, we were struggling to work as a remote team, but Geekbot saved the team spirit. It’s very simple to set up and use, thanks to its customizable features. It allows our team to keep track of what everyone is working on on a daily basis. Also very useful when we run Scrum, Agile methodologies for our projects.

Our team of 4 enjoy using Geekbot for asynchronous sprint stand-ups and retrospects. The Geekbot dashboard makes it easy to customize the questions and schedules for both types of asynchronous meetings. Geekbot integrates with Slack making it easy to track and document meeting responses. It can be configured to send reminders to team members according to a customized schedule. Along with being able to set a customized schedule, it’s always an option to use a Geekbot slack command to do an impromptu record. All these features make communicating as a team, spread across several time zones, convenient.

Geekbot has totally helped our team in its quest for remote transparency. It's a fantastic way to learn what everyone's doing between meetings.
