Integration with Slack is incredibly useful. It keeps myself and the team up to date with our activity progress. The simplicity of the interface is the biggest appeal to me.

Our team uses Geekbot daily to improve team collabration and their own productivity. It's very easy to use with a web interface and integrates with Slack. There is also analytics and reporting, which makes it easier for us to track our individual and team progress. I know that my teammates have been very happy with the purchase of your product because they have reported that it has increased their productivity in the workplace, which is really important in this fast-paced environment.

Geekbot is a very handy tool, easy to configure. I use it every day. I have programmed reports for all my colleagues. This way everyone can see each other's activity and help if needed. It's also handy for doing weekly retrospectives. Finally, I appreciate being able to adapt to the different time zones of my colleagues.

Geekbot is a huge time and cost saver for us. Letting people write daily updates asynchronously via slack means everybody can post/read status updates as it suits their schedule. Avoiding those in person meetings saves dozens of hours a week and gives everyone larger blocks of uninterrupted time to get work done.

Perfect opportunity to set up daily or asynchronous status for employees from company and to use all reporting and analytics options which Geekbot offer.

We were looking for a tool for our team to help us keep each other updated without the need for a meeting. We value the asynchronous way of working very much. In my role at another company, I have already come across Geekbot as a kind of recognition bot. So we gave it a try here, too, and were quickly thrilled. The configuration, set-up and customisation process was super easy and straightforward. Through a weekly message in Slack, we can now asynchronously recognise other team members, celebrate community wins and share a general status update. Since we have a free Slack plan, it's even nicer to have the Geekbot dashboard with all the historical data.

If I could wish just one thing, it would be some kind of input validation or more input options. For example, to define number intervals and ease quantitative mood checks (e.g. 1-10 scale, 1-5 stars,..) However, since this is indirectly possible in other ways, there is no point penalty for this 😉

Great tool for getting our team closer while we are at 100% homeoffice during those lockdowns. We will keep it forever :)

So far our team is only using Geekbot to handle Standup, but it is amazing. There is not a single thing missing there. A most appreciated feature is that it handles timezones. Our company works with people from Europe, the US, South America and New Zealand without this, standup would be a mess.
Also love that people can pick and choose the best time for them to fill their standup, that's especially practical for contractors that have variable hours.
It took me 5 minutes to setup and add all my little details and settings, it posts everyone's reports in our dedicated channel and people can check those out whenever in a clear and easy way. We ask "Do you need to talk to anyone ?" each day, and people tag whoever it is they have to talk to. Easy and super useful.

Geekbot is a very effective tool, especially for remote work environments within our new pandemic. The day to day discussions within a professional space are refreshing, and allows for people to check up on each other and view everyone's projects. Additionally, there is a greater amount of productivity, as users need to report their daily accomplishments along with their goals.

It's cheap, and it gives you the ability to have better transparency between teams. It's the tool that we needed to have in our slack.

As an all volunteer organization, limiting meeting times is key to our success. Geekbot has allowed us to move daily and weekly standups to Slack, saving each volunteer over 2 hours per week - time that goes directly back to our mission of helping people.

We have an intense product road map with most of the devs working in different offices. Geekbot makes us know what our colleagues are working on; for the product, and devs managers it gives a clear idea of who does what, how the mood is, it automates a lot of annoying tasks. It brings efficience to the team.

Geekbot is a very easy to implement software solution that helps our team keep track the tasks all users are working on. All team members have an overview of each others tasks on a day to day. It helps the team members keep track of what they are doing and makes sure they don't keep working too long a specific task.

Simple + efficient = brillant.

Geekbot admin interface is a breeze to work with, their Slack integration does all the heavy lifting for collaboration tool (WITHOUT adding another collaboration tool! #alleluia) and the whole thing took 5 min to setup to be operational.

I can get to know my teammates better when we work remotely. Geekbot facilitates icebreaker questions and encourages participation by directly DM-ing the relevant people, before sharing your answer to the publishing channel.
