I bought a GEEKOM IT13 Mini PC 13th Gen Intel i9 13900HK NUC, 32GB for work in financeand could not be happier . Have multiple applications open all day with ease . Extremely quite ,great small footprint and very competitive price . Looking forward to Geekon bringing out a powerful laptop soon.

Purchased a Geekom A8 MAX installed with 32 GB RAM, 1TB storage 3 months ago. Delivery was prompt and setting up was simple and fast, which enabled me to commence working with it immediately. I have it running continuously, only restarting it when a software update was necessary, and has run flawlessly.
It is fast, and runs quietly and cool, and its compact size make it easy to safely and securely sit on my desk.
The few times I've contacted Customer service resulted in prompt responses and assistance.
I am impressed with the unit and have no hesitation in purchasing further units as I need them and recommending the product.

I bought the GEEKOM IT13 2026 Edition Mini PC (i9‑13900HK, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD), and honestly, it has blown me away. I’ve always used full‑size PCs, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I don’t regret this purchase for a second. From day one, it has performed perfectly.

I even run live radio shows from this Mini PC, and its reliability has been outstanding. No glitches, no delays — just smooth, solid performance every time.

The service was just as impressive: great follow‑up, fast delivery, everything spot‑on. For my photo work, video projects, and radio production, this machine handles everything with ease. I couldn’t be happier with GEEKOM.

I purchased a Geekom IT 13 mini on the 16/6/25. Shipping was fast and the packaging was very professional. I found the setup very easy. The pc is very fast and quiet. I like the fact that it doesn't take up much room on my desk. 6 mths ago I purchased the IT15 for my wife. Extremely happy with that mini PC as well.

A9 Max AI Mini PC
I've used this PC now for about 6 months and couldn't recommend more. Took only a few minutes to setup. I use it to run local LLMs via Ollama. Has run some long analysis tasks taking 5+ days without an issue. Can't get better value for money.

I purchased an IT13 from GEEKOM and could not be happier. After some months, an intermittent issue arose, and when I contacted GEEKOM, their support was superb. It took many days to iron out small issues I was not even aware of, but GEEKOM support remained supportive, professional and polite. Finally, GEEKOM offered to replace the unit with the latest version, even though I could not actually prove there was a hardware problem. Superb performance, superb support, blindingly fast speed.

I ordered a Geekom with a lower grade of components to use as a PC to browse the web and do basic things. What I've found is that it is far more powerful that I expected and it performs better than the previous desktop which had higher specs. I've had it now for > 12 months, and no issues. Great deal, and great product.

I am not satisfied at all with the product. Unreliable PC. first bought in, I think, in August 2024. Got the unit changed on 12/04/2026. At the moment, new unit is faulty again on 22/5/2026. Nobody could help me to resolve the actual issue. They tried to guide me through the process to get the issue resolved but nothing worked. I found myself with a LEMON at the moment. I cannot recommend this product to anybody. The serial number of the faulty unit is SN:G012192225000022 as I do not have my order number anymore.

I purchased a Geekom mini. The first unit wouldn't start.
Company replaced it the second unit started but failed after 1 month.
3rd unit wouldn't start.

I highly suggest buying a different brand

I purchased a Geekom A9 Max and am blown away by the built quality, which is second to none. I have it connected to my Apple Studio Display and I am really happy with the result. This AI PC from Geekom is blazing fast, and I do not regret my purchase.

I purchased the GEEKOM A9 Max AI Mini PC because I wanted a computer that is space efficient, powerful, and capable of supporting my interest in AI for everyday computing. I am not an IT expert, and the A9 might be over kill but I was looking for a system that is compact, powerful, easy to use and future-ready.
The A9 Max delivers exceptional speed and responsiveness for everyday tasks, business applications and my multitasking requirements. It provides the capability I wanted without the size, noise, or energy consumption of a traditional desktop PC.
The AI capability of the AMD Ryzen processor was a major reason for my decision. Its performance is amazing and gives me confidence that this PC will remain relevant as AI tools and applications continue to develop.
The build quality is excellent, the setup straightforward, and the compact design has helped me create a clean, efficient workspace. Overall, the GEEKOM A9 Max has exceeded my expectations and seems a worthwhile long-term investment without being too complex.

The delivery was seamless and as expected. The A5 Mini is a very good machine and I am very happy with it. 3 year warranty is a big plus.

These are great devices at a great value. I have an A5 - a Ryzen 5 with 16GB and 1TB. It's tiny, silent, sleek, elegant, and the price is brilliant.

I spent quite a lot of time looking at different options when shopping for this. Next time I would go straight to Geekom.

I purchased a Mini IT13. one of the best mini PC's ive had, and I've had many. It now become my everyday system, from just being a playbench.

It has been very solit and stable. runs 24/7 and like the littlle engine that could just keeps keeping on.

I purchased the Geekom A5 mini as a personal PC support while on working on my work PC on my WFH days. I didn't have enough room for a desktop but now months on from purchase of the Geekom A5 mini I realise now that I don't need a desktop as the mini has delivered all my needs. So much power in such a small quiet, cool unit is impressive.

Fast delivery, great computer and fantastic customer service.

After being a Dell Xeon man all my life, when it started to fail I was lucky enough to find GEEKOM. The Airlite12 is just a great machine. High powered, great graphics, great sound and great for streaming. Me not being a gamer it was ideal. Ordered paid - price was unbelievable and turned up in 3 days. Plug and play - BOOM - up running again. Follow up has been great also. Everyone should look at GEEKOM next time you want to upgrade or replace.

I picked up a Geekom A8 for a golf simulator just set it all up and it works great. Being small is perfect for what I need. I run a touch screen and a projector at the same time.
