Geekom Reviews 

I now have 3 Geekom PCs running in my home office. I use one for business, one for personal, and I recently received the Mega9 to use for running AI models. I purchased my first one because I was sick of a big box PC taking up space and making too much noise. The Geekom machines take up little space and are very quiet. I'm very happy with them and will continue to buy them for my PC needs.

We needed a new PC for the audio/visual system at our church. This system has a second PC feeding PowerPoint and videos from the platform, two cameras for the speaker and musicians, an audio feed from a digital mixer and multiple screens to manage the OBS broadcast program that formats the video mix that is fed to our remote audience via a YouTube channel.
Our old PC was struggling but the new Geekom eats it up with its two HDMI ports and two Thunderbolt ports supporting the screens and the camera and audio feeds.
It has made such a difference, Praise The Lord!

I recently purchased the GEEKOM IT15 AI Mini PC (Intel® Core™ Ultra 9 Processor 285H) after I ran into issues upgrading my old desktop to Windows 11. I honestly didn't expect a Mini PC to be this powerful, but it is fantastic! It genuinely performs better than both my previous desktop and my Lenovo laptop. I’m incredibly impressed with the speed and efficiency of this unit. Highly recommended if you're looking for a serious upgrade!"

Being a customer of Geekom Australia, I've received many emails asking me to leave a prompted "positive" review. This is the condition. They induce you with an enticing offer of "Upon completing your review, you will win our latest GEEKOM Mini PC Carrying Case or Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Set". The hardware offered rotates to a different thing each time. This so called "offer" is the bait.

Within a week or so from receiving the request to review and win these "something inducement" -styled emails, I've noticed a large spike in glowing reviews (five stars) sprouting up on this site for Geekom. Almost all unrealistic reviews. Geekom says that "they are only after valuable feedback" but they demand "positive feedback"; in exchange for the so-called "first 30 reviewers to claim their exclusive gift". This is the trap.

I'm sure some reviews for Geekom are genuine, but a big red flag warning - a large part will be artificially induced by their so-called "fun rewards program". This "program" is a type of fraud known as incentivised review manipulation or review bribing.

Now I'm gonna wonder if Geekom are going to play Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender, at the truth of what they do in their not so innocent "program". Geekom victim incoming on 3-2-1.........

Exceptional value for money. Bought an IT13 for my wife last year and bought an IT15 for myself in March.

I got a great little machine at a great price!
Works perfectly in my photo booths!

I recently purchase a mini It13 pc from Geekom. The price from the Geekom Australia site was excellent and with a first time buyers discount, the price was the best I could find online. The Pc worked well straight out of the box, and I am impressed with the boot time and the response time when opening apps. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase.

I bought my son the GT mega one with a i-9 processor, 32 gigs of RAM and I think a 2 TB hard drive and it's absolutely fantastic. Never lags plays anything he puts on it. Amazing bit of kit. Thank you so much.

Geekom support would repeatedly over promise and under deliver. For example, saying they would notify me when the item was sent but then make no contact until I followed up.

I recently purchased the GEEKOM A5 Mini PC with the AMD Ryzen 7 5825U, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD, and I am very satisfied with it.

The setup was quick and easy, and the performance has been excellent for everyday work, web browsing, multitasking, and media consumption. The system feels fast and responsive, thanks to the Ryzen 7 processor and SSD storage.

I was also impressed by how compact and quiet the Mini PC is. Despite its small size, it delivers reliable performance and doesn't take up much desk space.

Overall, this is a great value-for-money mini PC. It meets all my expectations, and I would happily recommend GEEKOM to anyone looking for a powerful and compact computer.

I bought the Geekom A9 Max AI mini PC from the official eBay store. It was the version with 64GB of RAM and 2 TB. I am fortunate as the price and configuration have changed since. My biggest concern with the min PC I previously owned was the WiFi disconnecting repeatedly. Geekom A9 does not have this issue. Most reviews I read prior to purchase also mentioned the noise level. Honestly, this is not an issue at all, and I think the cooling mechanism works well. I do not use it for gaming and cannot comment much about this aspect of the pc

I love my Nuc purchased from Geekom. I work it hard every day and it never lets me down. In fact I am waiting for the AU release of the A9mega so I can use to build a LLM. Thanks guys

Bought an AE8 because I was on a budget. Didn't expect so much power out of such a little box! I know Apple has been doing it with their "mini" for a while, but I was honestly shocked to find such a high performance PC in such a tiny box. My only complaint is the amount of display memory allocated. I've had no issues with overheating or poor performance, which I honestly expected. The number of ports is outstanding; incredibly flexible.

I recently purchased the GEEKOM IT15 and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Given its incredibly small form factor, I wasn't sure how it would handle heavy tasks, but it has completely exceeded my expectations.
I regularly work with 360-degree video footage, which can be incredibly demanding, but this mini PC copes with it effortlessly. I haven't encountered a single issue or hiccup since setting it up. It’s reliable, powerful, and takes up virtually no desk space.
I’ve already recommended it to several friends looking for a compact but capable machine, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone else. Excellent bit of kit!

Geekom IT15 — my honest take after daily use
I'm not a tech reviewer. I just needed something fast, small, and reliable for working from home, and after a lot of back and forth I landed on the Geekom IT15. Here's what I actually think.
The specs on my unit are the Intel Core Ultra 9 285H, 32GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5600MHz, a 2TB NVMe SSD, Intel Arc 140T graphics, Wi-Fi 7, and Windows 11 Pro. On paper that's a lot. In practice, it lives up to it.
Day to day, this thing is genuinely quick. Boot times are fast, apps open without hesitation, and I've never hit a wall with multitasking. Video calls, browser, documents, background tasks all running at once — no drama. The 32GB of RAM means I never have to think about closing tabs.
Size-wise it's absurd in the best way. It sits on my desk taking up almost no space and I keep forgetting it's a full PC. The build feels solid — metal top and base, nothing flexes or rattles. It's not flashy but it feels well made.
Thermals are fine for office work. I genuinely can't hear it most of the time. It only spins up noticeably when you push it hard, and even then it's not loud, just present.
Connectivity is one of the highlights. Wi-Fi 7, 2.5GbE ethernet, USB4 — I'm not hunting for ports or reaching for a hub. Everything I need is just there.
If I had to nitpick: the design is pretty plain, and it's not a gaming machine. The Arc 140T handles everyday tasks and light graphical work fine, but don't expect miracles there.
For a home office setup though, honestly couldn't ask for more.

Excellent Mini PC! Fast, reliable, and perfect for everyday use. The performance exceeds my expectations, and the compact design saves a lot of space. Setup was quick and easy, and everything runs smoothly. Very happy with the purchase and highly recommended.

I bought my GT1_Mega on promotion last year on November 28, 2025, and it was shipped within three business days. I have been enjoying it without any issues so far. I use it for heavy business analytics work, a bit of machine learning, and playing FC26, and it has been fantastic. The game and all the software I use run incredibly smoothly.
I was actually surprised by the cooling system; I was a bit worried that it would overheat under such a heavy load, but the system handles all my demanding tasks very well. Their promotions are the real deal, so keep an eye out for them as they offer some of the sweetest deals you can get. All I can say is that I’ve definitely gotten my money's worth so far!

Great value budget computer with more than enough power for my needs . Very compact and quiet and it come with the latest operating system and other software, Easy set up as well. Plenty of the latest ports for all my external needs. I can't think of any negatives at all.

Great experience overall. I'm very happy with the computer - it performs exactly as expected and has been working flawlessly so far.

What really stood out was the customer service. I had to follow up over Chinese New Year and still received a response/acknowledgement.
