So we decided as a family we would open a Small Repair shop in Pallion in Sunderland back in January 2009 Geekys was born. We sharp out grown this space with the success of Geekys. From there we decided to move to Sunderland City Centre with over 3500 sq feet of space. We then launched a sister company called Harrys game shack up stairs in Geekys but the space was quickly too small and we had to relocate it we now have over 90 spaces making use the largest and the best gaming venue in sunderland. We have now just launched a second store in Newcastle Eldon Garden. with Harrys game shack in side. Geekys has now started to trade online to bring them great deals all over the uk. Our family just keeps getting bigger and with lots more stuff to come in the future for Geekys and Harrys game shack.

I bought an iPad mini, Grade B, asked for a refund , didn’t get it
I bought an iPad mini, I switched on soon after charge and noticed that although it was graded as a ‘B’ that there were long multicoloured lines down one side, however they went away soon. I didn’t look at it until several weeks later and both sides were doing the same, so I contacted Geekys, sent many photos of the problem and asked for a refund upon me returning it. It cost £7.95 to return. They assured me that Monday was refund day of the week and they could see I was top of the list so not to worry. Yesterday, Tuesday, I received another iPad mini from them, which was a replacement not a refund, not what a I asked for. To make matters worse , it was filthy, absolutely covered in fingerprints too. Surely in these days of Covid, they could take some care,

Bought a phone case that you would think would be tougher and last but had it on for a couple of hours and it smashed and I hadn’t even dropped it
Scammed STAY AWAY
Ordered a Christmas present from this rubbish website and were in March now and it still hasn't arrived. I have sent over 15 emails and made more than 5 phone calls to be told to call the police. People please stay away from these websites there are making a lot of money during covid. I think they deal with drop shipping so you never know if your stuff will arrive and if it don't then they just pass the blame. Even when you call them they tell you to email a different department as its nothing to do with them. PLEASE STAY AWAY BIG LET DOWN
