This is my 2nd time buying from Geeta…
This is my 2nd time buying from Geeta hair. The first wig was a 300% density curly wig. Within 2 weeks it the frontal on the wig began to bald. I had only used a spray bottle this point to define the curls. Almost 2 weeks into the install I took the wig off to condition it as it had began to be extremely dry and frizzy. It began to shed even worse after that. By a month of wear, I had to buy additional bundles to add to the wig to replace all that had shed out. I decided I wanted to just try a different texture from them and see if that was more the issue. I ordered a body wave wig to observe if it shed less since it shouldn't tangle as much as curly hair. I ordered a 300% density 99j wig. Firstly I ordered the wig on may 8th in preparation for my birthday May 20th. After almost a week I hadn't gotten ANY updates on shipping so I emailed them. 2 days later I got a response saying that bc it was a custom color, shipping time would be longer and they would reach out with any further updates. Another week went by without another update so I reached out to customer service again. On the 18th they shipped the wig and then responded to my 2nd email to tell me it shipped. 4 days later I recieved my wig. 2 days after my birthday. I immediately noticed that the wig didn't look thick at the middle or ends. I put it on my head and noticed you could see huge gaps thru the ends and it just looked super stringy and boneless. I had rescheduled my bday dinner to Friday so I had to install the wig since I had no backup at that point. It looked ...bad. I emailed the company photos of how thin it was upon initial install...put it in a braid to show them how ALL of the hair in a braid was skinny and you could see holes in the braid. They took 2 days to respond to tell me "its the right wig..just smooth it out and style it. Its 300% and we stand by that". If anyone needs pictures to confirm my experience I'm happy to send them to you and I will be leaving reviews elsewhere to warn people not to spend their money on falsely advertised products. I paid 387 for this wig and 430 for the curly one. To spend this much money and not have customer service care whatsoever to resolve the nonsense....people work too hard to have their money played with. Especially when I gave the company an opportunity to redeem themselves after the first wig was poorly constructed. I will be reporting this transaction to my financial institution as well.

No unauthorized modification of the wig shape or cutback of hair density has occurred. We consistently use authentic human hair and enforce strict production quality control. We regret the finished item fails your expectation and fully understand your frustration.
As specified in our pre-posted aftersales terms, custom wigs count as personal hygiene goods. Once worn, hygiene depreciation occurs, so returns or exchanges are unavailable for worn items per official store rules. If you still have concerns about the product, we are ready to communicate earnestly, negotiate a proper compensation plan and resolve this issue amicably.

If I could rate this company a negative -100, I absolutely would.
Let me save another woman the headache, stress, and MONEY…… especially in this economy.
I purchased from Geeta Hair because, like everyone else, I saw endless videos, reviews, and advertisements showing beautiful, full, luxurious hair with people raving about the quality. Based on what is constantly being promoted, I expected to receive a wig that reflected those same standards.
Instead, I received a unit that I personally was extremely disappointed in. Then came the back and forth emails trying to convince me that the hair is “flawless,” the quality is amazing, and the density is exactly as advertised. Maybe according to their factory standards that is true. But please be serious.
This is 2026. Women buy wigs all the time. We know what quality hair looks like. We know what true density looks like. We know the difference between a full, high density unit and one that simply does not give what it was supposed to give. Trying to convince customers otherwise honestly feels insulting.
And to make it worse? After spending significantly more on the wig, they offered me a $30 “goodwill” refund as if the wig cost $30 in the first place. I actually laughed reading that email because who exactly does that solution help? Certainly not the customer who is now stuck with a wig they will NEVER wear.
The whole thing feels dismissive. I genuinely tried to resolve this respectfully and privately, but at this point I’m sharing MY experience.
Save yourself the stress. Save yourself the disappointment. Save yourself the money.
And Geeta Hair, do right by people. If someone receives an unworn wig and is unhappy with the product, stop making customers fight to get their money back.

Ordered this beautiful dark brown wig and was truly disappointed. It was indeed not 300% density and wasn't true to length. When contacting customer service, I was told the wig is actually 250% density so...a return/refund was denied and got offered 10% on my next order or a cheeky £15 coupon The company has gone downhill!!!

They are scammers,i ordered a wig from them recently,when i got the wig i almost fainted.i tried to cummincate with them the Email keep coming back and Front try to convience me that the hair was good..the Quality of the hair was very poor,the density was nothing to write home about,i believe they used a packet for a full.wig and gosh the smell very offensive..they refused a refund.
Sisters never you order a wig from this company as Most people giving good reviews here are from them
