Gego makes a great product and supports it well
I've been using Gego trackers for almost 5 years and I now own 4 devices after recently buying 2 new pro models. They have never let me down, keeping track of my luggage on trips all over the world. In addition, Gego customer service has always been very good and prompt answering my questions and resolving a minor issue concerning a one-time problem with a standby mode -> reactivation.

Product Not Delivered and No Tracking of Order
I ordered 2 tags in late January (coming up to a month next week) and apart from this request for a review, I've not received any notifications, delivery notices, or the tags. Not a good advertisement for a tracking product. I go away in a couple of months, so will need to get a different product. I can't wait indefinitely.

I still dont have my gego, and the logistics company that gego uses must still be using sailing ships to deliver from America. your competition in China can get equivalent products to me in days, not weeks

As a third generation user beginning with LugLoc devices probably around 2016 or so, the support I have received from the GEGO / GEGO Pro Team has been nothing but outstanding. Timely and efficient responses to my questions especially having to do with transferring my service contracts to the newer components.
