Most terrible service I have ever received, never reply, no customer service call number, there is only one WhatsApp number and never reply the message on time, for loan, not in time updates, even I cannot find anyone to cancel the application since I don’t want it anymore.

Dont trust them.
For a month, they requested documents. Despite sending the same documents, they said they could offer a 30-month term loan. The next day, unfortunately, they rejected it by saying now they can only offer a minimum of 96 months, and your residence permit is not sufficient for that. Don't trust them and proceed with caution.

Bij de beoordeling van de aangeleverde documenten is de geldigheidstermijn van de verblijfsvergunning helaas niet juist gecontroleerd. Deze bleek slecht nog 30 dagen geldig te zijn, waardoor de aanvraag afgewezen is. Indien je beschikt over een nieuwe verblijfsvergunning, zijn er waarschijnlijk nieuwe mogelijkheden en kijken we graag met je mee.

They keep asking for the same documents and rejecting them consistently. At the end of a month, they accept the same documents again and request additional paperwork. Ultimately, they claim the loan is approved by the end of the day, only to say the next day that you are not eligible for the loan. They seem to be making excuses to avoid granting the loan. I hope that they are not discriminating against you due to not being a Dutch citizen because setting a 96-month term for 6000 euros and, in the end, stating that your residence permit is not sufficient did not seem right to me. My advice to you is to consider working with other credit-providing institutions.
