Delivery was quick buy the quality of the product isn't great at all it doesn't dry right and sags when you put a second layer on.. alot of bubbles compared to any other company's products I have used. I was excited to try them as I had seen so many good reviews but unfortunately it wasn't as good for me I've done my own nails and 3 others and same issues very disappointing!!

The delivery is stated as Next day delivery- not the case. I got my order way later, although I comply with all requirements (order before noon, bla bla bla)

I've just used my new bottle of gel nail varnish. PARTY SHOES, this is lovely to apply and has the added sparkle! Love it.

I would not shop any where else for gel nail polish. A range of fabulous colours which last about 2 weeks without chipping.

These guys are amazing! Their products are brilliant, the gel polishes last for over two weeks, there’s a huge variety of colours and their delivery times are so quick. In lockdown I ordered a colour and it didn’t arrive - Amazon claimed it had been lost.
It was tricky getting it across at first ( I had spoken to Catherine) as I had only started buying from them and I’d done it via Amazon and not direct - but when I had screen shot the message saying it had been lost they were amazing - not only did they resend my chosen colour - they also sent me a freebie of one of my absolute faves! I emailed Catherine to thank her!

I bought the starter kit with lamp with base coat, top coat etc I had to get a colour separate but was ok with that, I usually have my nails gel nails done at a salon but now it is lock down because of corona virus so I thought I would try this it was under £50 but I know the salon lamps are really expensive so I thought if isn't as good I cant complain, I tried it a couple of days ago and was very happy I need to practice well with applying colour …. we are not professionals most of us who get this so need to practice.. so far the staying power is good and I look after my nails u have to with gel nails I have found when using household chemicals etc, just ordered two more colours and was happy cos no postage charge some charge a lot I noticed I looked on another site and was a lot more for the gel polish as charged a lot for postage... arrived quickly to and had texts to say when it was going to arrive

Not only I didn’t get my nail kit, this company accused me of placing a fraudulent order! Disgusting attitude towards customers. Please people stay away! Their website is a scam!

Ordered items, never arrived and no tracking details. They said that they would send out a replacement, but this never arrived. Had to claim my money back via PayPal. I will never use this company again, terrible communication and items never arrived.

This nail varnish looked really pretty but I applied it with base and top coat and used a nail lamp to dry it. However, the varnish chipped very easily and some whole nails of varnish came off within a day. Not happy at all.

I ordered 2 cnd adaptor plugs on the 26th July and still haven’t received them. I have emailed 5 times rang on numerous occasions only to go to answerphone, leave a message never returned. Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs.
