Product was for a present, my wife seems happy with it however it took 7 days to arrive and not the advised 1-2 working days and therefore missed the birthday, it arrived 3 days later. Customer service received towards fixing my issue or even acknowledging there was an issue was poor. It appears the agents are young with first jobs/little experience and need to brush up on their skills!

Items just as described, the gel nail polish is of great quality. Very happy with my purchase. Will continue buying from this company.

I am new to using gel nail varnish, so I wasn't really sure what to expect but after receiving one of the starter kits for Christmas I absolutely love it! These starter kits are great and have everything you need for application and removal. I have since then purchased some more cco colours and they are all lovely. Good quick delivery which I even think was free at the time. Highly recommend.

I sat down to do a gel manicure for a client and the brand new lamp worked for 10 seconds and then never again. It was seriously the worst. I got it in French manicure kit and on the website the lamp is priced 26.99 pounds individually. They don’t cover the postage for returns and it has to be unopened and unused. How else would I have known it was going to be broken in 10 seconds. I won’t be paying for postage to return it just to get another cheap broken lamp. When I went on amazon to look for another lamp I saw the same one for 13 pounds! Instead of 26.99 pounds I paid for this lamp, its actual worth being 13 pounds. No wonder it’s a cheap peace of crap. After this I checked their gel nail polish prices and they are one pound more than the actual value so I lost even more money since I bought quite a few from this website. It is absolutely appalling. Never going to use this website again.
I sent them a message about it and they never even replied.

Purchased some items for Christmas and order came very fast . When the order arrived a couple of small things were missing and one had a leak . I contacted them as soon as it arrived and I got replacements the next day .
Customer service is fantastic and correspondence is very good .
Definitely will be using them again .
