Gemini Accident Repair Centre Kingswinford.
Absolutely SHOCKING customer care. I've be waiting for a resolution for over a YEAR. Jumped through all the hoops. They keep promising to get back to me, yet they DON'T. I've contact my insurance company and THEY can't even get a response out of them! Investigation work was carried by Skoda (who were helpful) but when needed they too couldn't get a response out of them. I even had to ask them on the behalf of Skoda to settle their bill, before they would continue to work on my car. The saga continues.

I’ve not had a great experience using Gemini Accident Repair Centre Pensnett. My car was parked and a truck reversed into it.
I found the culprit after some detective work and went through insurance. My insurance company recommended Gemini so they repaired my damage. When my car was returned I noticed new damage on the front driver’s side and that my number plate was changed too. I called Gemini and they investigated. They called me to tell me they were going to fix my damage. The man who picked my car up said they traced the pictures from collection to valeting and found out before my car was washed it had been further damaged. They didn’t give me an explanation for changing my number plate or apologise for damaging my car. I wasn’t grateful they repaired it because IT SHOULDN’T have happened in the first place! They returned my car a second time but I wasn’t in I was at work. When I later went to inspect the repair after I’d finished work, I noticed melted chocolate icecream on my leather passenger seat and on the steering wheel. Luckily for them it wiped off. I shan’t be using Gemini again if a vehicle of mine has an accident. Now I’m left with replacing the number plate they put on my car because it advertises an accident repair center and it doesn’t look the same as my front plate. It’s obvious the rear has been changed and I’ll get questions if I go on to change or sell my car. I’m really annoyed with Gemini.

Had my car repaired at Gemini Taunton back in January through a 3rd party insurance. The staff were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the repairs. Couldn't fault the repairs and my vehicle was returned cleaned inside and out.

MY WHEEL CAME OFF ON A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY .
First of you have my car for a whole month for a headlight and a bottom bonnet.

A few days ago, a car with Gemini accident repair logo on where illegally parked outside a private road just outside the gate in Birmingham which blocked the entrance to the car park. The car was parked there for around three days. My wife needed to go to work and therefore need to squeeze the gap, but unfortunately she scratches the car because she is running late to work. After complaining to the company, the company doesn't care about it and think they don't need to apologise or compensation for what they have done. It's a shame, a company like this still here.

I had to get my car door scratches removed (new Car) thanks to an unknown careless trolley handler. I was told by others it was going to be a big issue to get the paint blend right because of the distinctive red. They have matched it really well.
Told me they needed the car for 3 days and got it back to me in 2 days.
I am delighted with the work and being kept up to date.

Elderly parents who need a car to get to local shops and appointments at the hospital have been badly let down. Gemini have not delivered their car back when they said they would, so unfair. It feels as if their vulnerability and dependency is not of any importance to this company which seems to have awards for this and that. No awards for the treatment my parents have received complete disregard.

Recently had the good fortune to have my car passed to Gemini Denton for repairs after an accident. I cannot say how very professional the whole team have been in assisting with the whole process. Gemini garage at Yeovil collected my car from my home address in Honiton on the 22/4/25 at 9.30am to undertake an Allianz insurance repair claim.
The garage nominated by my insurance company Allianz part of the Liverpool Victoria Insurance company group.
Today I received a police speeding fine for speeding on the A303 at Buckland St Mary at 10.27am
The driver who collected my car for repair by Gemini Garage in Yeovil was obviously speeding ( without my knowledge) to get to the garage asap.
Do not trust this garage and it’s allocated drivers under any circumstances if you want to avoid trouble.

My car was repaired at Alconbury.
From the time of receiving the vehicle, I was kept up to date on the progress of repair twice a week via phone calls and texts from the staff.
My car was delivered to my home, I was very pleased with the repair the car looked like new.
In all the dealings I had with staff members they were polite and friendly and accommodating.

had a fantastic experience with Gemini accident and repair centre . Never had to claim through my motor insurance before so it was all new to me . From start to finish they provided me with a first class service , they kept me upto date and I got my car back within 4 days looking brand new , smelling clean and looking nice & shiny , I couldn’t have asked for anymore .
