Just received my car back from Gemini in Denton, Manchester. Dropped it off last Thursday and one week later it looks like a brand new car. The staff were all excellent; Andrea and Chris particularly good. They kept us fully informed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for taking a stressful situation and making it better. Just received my car back from GeminiARC in Motherwell, from the moment they were notified to the moment they returned the car it was a great service. All staff that I dealt with were fantastic, kept up to date with the repair and nothing seemed to be a problem. Special mention to the workshop manager who dropped the car off for his helpful tips and polite manner

Gemini garage at Yeovil collected my car from my home address in Honiton on the 22/4/25 at 9.30am to undertake an Allianz insurance repair claim.
The garage nominated by my insurance company Allianz part of the Liverpool Victoria Insurance company group.
Today I received a police speeding fine for speeding on the A303 at Buckland St Mary at 10.27am
The driver who collected my car for repair by Gemini Garage in Yeovil was obviously speeding ( without my knowledge) to get to the garage asap.
Do not trust this garage and it’s allocated drivers under any circumstances if you want to avoid trouble.

My car was repaired at Alconbury.
From the time of receiving the vehicle, I was kept up to date on the progress of repair twice a week via phone calls and texts from the staff.
My car was delivered to my home, I was very pleased with the repair the car looked like new.
In all the dealings I had with staff members they were polite and friendly and accommodating.

had a fantastic experience with Gemini accident and repair centre . Never had to claim through my motor insurance before so it was all new to me . From start to finish they provided me with a first class service , they kept me upto date and I got my car back within 4 days looking brand new , smelling clean and looking nice & shiny , I couldn’t have asked for anymore .
They have done a fantastic job fixing my car , I’m really happy with it and without a doubt would recommend this company.

Doesn’t even deserve one star they struggle from the start miss screws in panels, missing trim pieces, can’t seem to grasp that runs, dips and material in the paint is unacceptable followed by unacceptable panel gaps car went back 3 times each time they also struggled to put a door card back on and think that it’s supposed to stick out of the car and rattle and squeak and leave wires unplugged and hiding the wires behind speaker, had an independent investigator come out and agree with these points.
stay away from these as they just don’t care about your car, jokers.

I would like to personally thank Dan and the team at the Nottingham branch for how well I was treated following an accident on the motorway. My vehicle hit a pot hole and was significantly damaged. My car was recovered and repaired, using genuine mini parts within a matter of 2 days!! Excellent service and communication! 5 solid stars from me. Thank you!

After a small prang my car was taken to Huntingdon not my choice but the insurers. It was a fiasco from start to finish. The Estimated Completion Date was set at 14/02 and I know things don't go according to plan but that 2 day completion turned into 7 days and because there was a problem with the courtesy car I had no transport at all. Then when the finally delivered it I was made to give my card details in the street because they wouldn't allow me to do a bank transfer and they wouldn't give me the keys until it was paid. Not GDPR friendly at all. So all in all I wouldn't recommend them !!

After I had a road traffic accident in my Suzuki Swift my insurance told me to use Gemini Accident Repair Centre in Telford. I have used them before so I knew they would do a good job in repairing my car. I wasn't disappointed, also the staff were excellent from start to finish. Mr P Williams

Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost. Repairs done threw LV never never let yocar go there again. RUDE very up them selfts and I would not let them Repair the damage they did to my car.

My car was repaired at the Redruth branch, and feel I must reply to say they were extremely helpful and efficient with the experience, the courtesy car supplied was great. On collection of our car it was fully cleaned and we have had no problems at all with the repairs carried out. Well done to this Garage.

Terrible association with what was purported to be a communicative caring , professional business in plymouth devon.. I was forwarded to Gemini by esure, when disastrously my new second hand jaguar costing thousands was involved in an accident with a deer . After some weeks they informed me they wanted their curtesy car back ,secondary was the issue of my poor car. The women simply said- Your not insured any more as your car is a total loss and we want our car back asap...I understood on the phone message that she was conveying in no uncertain terms the car was a right off and the engineer had stated this -she had more than eluded to this .Acceptant of this dire news i immediately took the hire car back and could see my car languishing outside now ,a write off as stated in phone recordings. I was dually very upset ,almost in tears-then to my horror i had a phone call from Copart who look at right offs and said they would be the ones who would have the final say and that it wasn't necessarily a total loss-i.e a right off- So the company gave me false information and emotionally assaulted me by saying my car which i spent thousands on was a total loss a right off--I've complained to esure and asked this company to be investigated--don't go near them! I shall be seeking official apology and compensation for having to buy a runaround car thinking the accident car was a right off and for emotional damage and inconvenience.
Please expect further action from myself- I don't react well to a condescending bamboozling generic defensive reply .

Recently used the Huntingdon branch and was a little apprehensive as I had never heard of them . Gemini did an excellent job and I am very happy with result . My car looks brand new and most of the pre-existing scratches have been polished out as well as a very professional repair of the damage . Would not hesitate to recommend thank you.
