I recently had my car accident damage repaired by Gemini Kettering, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The telephone staff were attentive and efficient, making the entire process smooth. The repair engineers did an outstanding job, and the delivery drivers were prompt and professional. They picked up my car, provided a loan car, and returned everything in perfect condition. Overall, a first-class experience!

Excellent service from Gemini repairs from the head office and the local garage at Denton They kept us informed about the progress at every step the people were fantastic Andrea at Denton who kept us up to date and the men who collected and delivered our car they were all pleasant well mannered and helpful the car was only away just over a day which was great as we rely on the car So 100% service would recommend this garage

I recently had my vehicle stolen which was found but damaged so it was sent to Halesowen Gemini Repair Centre. I can honestly say my whole experience from beginning to end was as stress free as possible. Jayne regularly contacted me to keep me informed even if there was nothing to report. Craig the manager was amazing too along with Neil who delivered my vehicle safe and sound back to me. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a car repair. The process due to no fault of theirs was lengthy unfortunately due to a back log of stolen cars in the same situation as mine. Gemini let me use one of their vehicles so at least I could get around. Thank you so much to the team at Halesowen.

Beware of having your car repaired at this company - especially Gemini Nottingham. My car was sent to them by my insurance, I had experienced poor repairs from the brand in the past so I stated I didn’t want my car repaired by them, the insurance declined my right to take my car elsewhere for repairs. The car was then reluctantly taken to Gemini Nottingham where to no surprise to me it came back not only with poor repairs completed but also additional damage.
The list of issues included
- Unresolved steering issue
- Dent still being visible
- Dirt under the new paint on the alloy refurb
- Wrong colour paint on damaged panel (even the receptionist recognised the colour was wrong)
- Poor quality finish on the edges of the paintwork including flaking.
- Scratches on the roof done during the repair.
I then obviously complained to my insurer and told them I was going to a 3rd part as the repairs were unacceptable. The insurer again denied me this right and stated I would have to take it to another branch of Gemini. The other branch then completed the repairs and even themselves were shocked at the poor quality repairs done by Gemini Nottingham. Again though even they couldn’t do an acceptable repair as the steering is still pulling.
I have spent months battling my insurer and it is now with the Ombudsman. The issue is if these issues are not resolved by the end of my lease then I will be charged by my lease company.
Do not trust Gemini with accident repairs!!

Collected my car today after it was rear ended in a non fault accident. I can’t recommend the company enough. They were extremely pleasant and kept in constant communication to keep me informed of the repair progress. My collection date changed a few times but this was informed via a phone call. And I’m over the moon with the outcome! Extremely professional branch and staff! Thank you again.

Our car had bumper damage due to accident so was the recommended garage by insurance company and only 30 min drive from home and easy to find. What a refreshing change to have such a nice friendly welcome and quick service from the receptionist to the bodywork team they kept us well in formed on the progress the next day with what had been done and completed ready for pick up. The work that’s been done to it as been due to very high standard and was really pleased with the finish so very well done and thank you to the bodywork team. Thank you to receptionists for being so helpful and friendly

I'm 52. what this company is doing is the worst job I've ever seen in my life. old glued and welded parts put in the car. What is not consistent with car repairs. do not give them cars for repair. I do not know how you took money for my repair through an insurance company. I appealed to the insurance company and they returned my money. Car went to garage for minor accident repairs, when returned had a warning light on dashboard.
Car taken to local garage who tried to remove the fault, but could not so took it to dealers. New part need and total repair £1790.
Gemini deny responsibility even though they accepted the light was on when returned.
Cowboy outfit stear clear.
Insurance said the light came on, on the 9th July, when my car was in the mazda garage who were looking at this issue. Mazda even said the issue was caused the improper removal of the battery. Insurance cancelled already.

STAY AWAY....If your Insurance Company send you there simply REFUSE. Limited ability, they damage your car and then deny knowledge. If you also use LV then stay away from them too as they are poor.

GEMINI ARC IN NOTTINGHAM.
Had my car reversed into damaging the back bumper on the Friday afternoon. Car was booked in to be repaired and had a phone call on the Monday from Gemini to say my car would be picked up the following morning. Dave who picked my car up was very friendly, checked the car over and then went through all the gadgets on the curtesy car as this was totally different to my own vehicle.
When I phoned to pay the access John was very friendly and helpful.
I was kept up to date with the repairs and was given a call to say the car would be returned on the Thursday. This was followed with a call on the Thursday to check that I would be home. The car was delivered back to my home address within the hour. Gary was lovely and took care of my car whilst getting it off the transporter and made nice comments about my car.
All the team from start to finish in the repairs of my pride and joy were outstanding and I would like to thank everyone of you.

Shocking company. Zero quality control. They damage your car and then deny responsibility. Immoral. Do not use. If your Insurers send you to them REFUSE. They say they have a fresh approach to accident repair. They have. It’s called blaming the customer.

Poor experience with Gemini Telford. Referred in there by Aviva with damage to bodywork.
First contacted Gemini on 18th June, advised that car would be ready 12th July. Car had no work done it week 1 and it sat in a car park, unlocked.
When work eventually started, Gemini damaged the glass to one of the windows which needed replacing, which extended to repair for another 10 days( an extra 10 days to replace a window!!!)
I explained I was going on holiday ( staycation driving holiday) which I needed my car back by 25th July, which now looks like it’s not going to happen, and I’m left with unsuitable car.
Why as the customer am i disadvantaged because of additional damage you did to my car.
Do not use this company, poor communication, poor service.

Absolutely awful experience with Gemini Telford. Referred in there by LV with a dent on the back bumper and cracked lamp cover. Ended up with damage to the front lights. Car has been in the garage for 7 weeks with 2 independent visits from Hoopers engineers who only read the faults from ICU and not physically checking what caused the faults after the repairs. I have the car for over a year and had absolutely no issues flying through MOT with not even 1 advisory. Both reports said the from damage couldn’t happened by the repairs done on the back. The car was perfectly fine when I took the car in for repairs. I had no choice but to take the car to another garage and was told that an electric wire to front light was cut off and 2 fuses were misplaced and blown. Garage denied wrong doing and I was left with more problems than originally. They haven’t replied to my last email so please don’t bother to give the pity reply. They will be reported to trading standards.
Looking on the previous reviews I am not the only one affected but this scammers.

The service at Gemini Luton has been fantastic. Unfortunately my car was reversed into and the drivers insurance company sent my car to Gemini Luton to be repaired. I cannot fault the service they provided. From start to finish I was kept informed of all repairs and other details relating to my car. The staff are super friendly and were able to answer any questions I had. The work has been completed to an outstanding standard and with an extremely timely manner. I want to thank both the mechanics and customer service staff for all their help in restoring my car to perfection!

Car sat there for 4 days before work began. Was not kept up to date and when I called the finish date was just pushed back further and further without explanation. Given mixed reports on progress, told car was progressing only to be told it hadn’t moved a few days later. Many delays seemed avoidable. Ordered external parts 10 days in and then had to wait 4 days for parts to arrive. Car was meant to go in for 3-5 days. Ended up over 2 weeks. Car delivered back with big new scratch across window and key fob has lost metal trim. Worst garage experience ever

no customer service available for appraisal. Contrary to any repairs deemed my car un repairable 6 months later I am still waiting for there mechanics to provide service communications to my insurance company for a non fault. Maybe next time I'll choose a better insurance company but to wait 6 months for you to make any progress is beyond ridiculous . For further reference I wouldn't allow Gemini accident repair to service my vehicles due to low standards and un - reliabilty .

They have done an amazing job on my car. I can't see any more the original scratches I had.
The people in reception were very kind and helpful. They gave me a courtesy car while they were repairing my car.
The repair of my car took them only a day, plus they have washed it and left it sparkling !
Very happy with the service provided and would recommend for sure.

Had my car body work repaired at the Denton branch through LV Insurance.
The resulting repair is outstanding, I dont know how they do it, the car was also polished to a mirror finish and valeted.
Eveyone who I dealt with the very professional, although couple of promised phone calls didn't happen.
The car was collected and delivered to my home address.
I took longer to repair than originally estimated, which was a pain, as I didnt have Courtesy Car on my insurance, and was relying on lifts.
I would also have liked a copy of the work schedule and final invoice for my records, but was informed this doesnt happen any more, and to ask the insurers.
Overall,however, I am very very pleased the workmanship, courtesy and service and would reccommend Gemini Denton.
