Given a verbal estimate which we were charged £30 for, it took about five minutes. The written estimate was 50% higher than the verbal quote and not competitive. So they make £30 for five minutes work. When I went to see them to complain they were quite aggressive. With me - I am a 79 yr old woman.I went elsewhere.

Car repaired to very high standard just a shame it took so long but all's well that ends well this is a high end Toyota so it's not cheap and was missed by all the family but we are very happy to have it back home in good looking order and with no problems with electric things ect paint work top level and gd alloy wheel job .

Luton Branch - LV claim after two young lads ran into the back of my car. Was picked up from home adn repaired within a week, including the time it took for extra parts to arrive that weren't thought needed until they began the job. At all times the team kept me fully updated, the repair makes the car look as good as new adn it was returned within 5 minutes of the stated return time.

These guys shouldn’t be trading - they fixed my car which they had from June till the end of September. There were 29 issues with the repairs. The bonnet was almost an inch out and it wouldn’t open- all the wheel arches were loose, they put the drivers door card on wrong and the lighting inside wouldn’t work. The front bumper was loose to name a few. They took my car back to fix the issues on 11th October. That’s the last time I saw it. Excuses galore - misleading and trying to pull wool over my eyes - telling me that error messages are “because it’s been sat” - this is a brand new car which the list price is in excess of £100k. My advice is if you want your car ruined, devalued and be without it for 7 months then use these guys. In my opinion they should be taken off the list of approved repairers - I only wish I’d gone somewhere else - what was my pride and joy car has turned into a waking nightmare. It’s affected my mental health and I still have no idea why they have my car. It’s just awful. Please please don’t use them.

My car went in for insurance work into the Caldicot branch and came back to me with issues that it didn't go in for. Boot door was not flush, bumper had huge gaps where it wasn't aligned correctly, so it went back only to come back even worse, they have completely destroyed the bumper to the point where I can actually see dent marks where it's been forced off and not put back on correctly AGAIN, not to mention the scratches that are all along my driver and passenger doors. Really not happy with the after care either as he tried to tell me they had completed the work, clearly does not go through any quality checks before leaving the repair shop!!

My new car was damaged after owning it for a few weeks. Gemini from LUTON came and collected my car and supplied me with a very good courtesy car. My car took a week to repair and I was contacted all the time on the progress of my repairs. My car came back after a week and looked absolutely AMAZING, The repairs were first class and cleaned so well inside and out. I had a nasty bump with a tow-bar which completely displaced my car bonnet, smashed my front grills and left a beauty of a hole in my front bumper. I took my car down to gemini asking if they would be able to repair this and sure enough they delivered. They got it back to an excellent condition, making my car look brand new again! I’m absolutely buzzing with the work they have done and the speed of which it was complete, I couldn’t believe It! I’d like to thank Adam Lannie especially for his effort in sorting this. Couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Be carefull told by insurance company to use Bodmin centre
When I picked van up I wasn’t happy.
When I complained they came out with a touch up brush to try and keep me happy
Even insurance inspector was gobsmacked.
I have been told to take van back to the same garage but worried because I made a complaint.

Hit up the rear on Sunday, car collected by Gemini Tewkesbury the next day, repaired and returned only 10 days after the crash! A quick inspection in pouring rain indicated that the car looked as new, and I was told that any concerns should be phoned through and they would address them.

My car was sent to the Darlington branch for repair after an accident.
They called to arrange its delivery so i attended their premises unannounced to look over the repair before the car was delivered.
My unnanounced arrival was not a problem, the lady on the reception couldnt have been anymore heloful and showed me my car in the workshop.
The manager came out, he talked me through the work that had been done, he even took the car outside so i could see the repair in the daylight.
The car is spot on, the staff were great and the premises are spotless. My car was picked up and delivered to fit in with me and when they said it would be too
